We broke down on Rt.. 70 just outside of Hagerstown on 8/31. As we are from out of town we didn’t know who to call. Luck was with us and we called D & D. Within a few minutes a very kind man I believe his name was Gary. He towed us to a great repair shop. Wonderful service. We thank you!

The lady in the office is very rude. My daughter was very kind and respectful to her and in return the lady was still very rude!!!

We broke down on the side of a busy highway on a Sunday morning. We called the company and Gary answered. He was able to tow our car within an hour of the phone call. He even let us ride along with him. Gary was professional and polite. I would highly recommend this company.Service: Car towing

Unfortunately I locked my keys in car, as a police officer, I called MSP - they could not help but recommend D&D. They were called and in less than 30 minutes they were there and got it unlocked! The driver was amazing, friendly and very professional! I'll use them for services in the future!!

I love the service I recieved here. My car was in a accident, they towed it to their garage and made sure it was kept behind locked gates. I had to show ID to go and clean it out. Plus I had to give them permission to allow adjusters in from insurance co. Their staff is friendly and will make sure you understand everything regarding your tow to the safety of storing your vehicle. I will use them again if the need ever arises again. I highly recommend them.

The customer service at this shop is ABSOLUTELY terrible. My final bill far exceeded the repair estimate without any explanation. They also added a 3% convenience without telling me. They showed no willingness to rectify the situation. This is an unreliable mechanic shop.

These folks are amazing. We lost a bearing on our RV, and navigated to the wrong place. They don't do RVs in general, but they took us in and got us taken care of. It looked like we were going to have to replace the axle. It was supposed to be a four to six week wait for a new axle, but they were able to get it fixed and we were back on the road within 48 hours. Would highly recommend them.
