My idiot mail lady has been stealing my mail and they will not do anything about it. They say it must be somebody else. I have a camera pointed directly at my mail box since this started. The only people in my mailbox was the delivery moron.
Also, 6 months ago, they stole an iPhone I was trading in. Tracking shows Williamsport post office receiving the item, then it’s never seen again.
I have reached out to the FBI, and I’ll see what happens from there.

I came to this office after my passport appointment was canceled at the Martinsburg WV location. Thankfully, the Williamsport MD post office accepted walk-ins, and I’m very satisfied with the service I received here. The drive was worth it, and most importantly the customer service from Rob who works here was excellent. He was knowledgeable, detailed and kept me well informed. You can tell he is a hard worker as he multitasked providing assistance to all customers. I’ll be coming back next week for another passport service, and I am happy to drive the 30 minutes to this specific location. Thank you Rob for creating a memorable and easy experience!

The employees here are fabulous! I didn’t have the correct amount of postage and they hand delivered them back to me within an hour and let me know to bring them back.

I haven’t been receiving my mail to my current address and when I called and talked to USPS they told me they’d have someone reach out. Well that someone was supposedly the manager at the Williamsport, Md office and was very rude. I’d recommend her be retrained in customer service because that was ridiculous. As someone who has worked in management for YEARS, I would never talk to customers or anyone the way she spoke to me. Very unprofessional.

USPS Staff MEMBER "Terry" was VERY RUDE that I spoke to over the phone at this location. I am waiting on a Package that is at this location and it shows it is just sitting at this Location and not departing to make its way too me in Baltimore a whole 1 hour away.... I will be driving from Baltimore to this USPS personally IF MY package does not depart from this location and I will definitely be laying into the staff AND taking my package and also making sure if I have to do that I am refunded for the shipping I paid for as well!!. I do not understand why ALL USPS Employees it seems these days are SO RUDE and MISERABLE, AND Lazy!!.. I NEVER had these issues like I do now adays back in the 1980s AND 1990s. People actually WORKED HARD back then at USPS..

My husband and I brought our son in for a walk in passport appointment. We didn’t realize we had shown up before their walk in hours. Regardless of this, Rob greeted us with a warm welcome and jumped right in to help us. He was so friendly, helpful, and efficient. I noticed the rest of the team there was also eager to help the other customers as soon as they came to the counter. I truly appreciated this experience and the kindness shown at this location. Thank you Rob!

Extremely helpful. My amazon package was "delivered" but not in my box (cluster box). I stopped by the branch to inquire. The supervisor followed me out to the boxes (2 miles away) and found the package in another box. I must also say that the box assignments are confusing, so I understand when my mail gets misplaced. I am just happy that our local branch is as quick and willing to assist with things when they something goes wrong. This is the second time that the Williamsport, MD postal service has helped me out. I am happy every time I speak with them.

Questioned my box weight, they had scale right there. Unfriendly many times. Told couldnt put tape on box.
