7237 Parsonsburg Rd, Parsonsburg“This is an excellent small community post office. Fast, helpful and courteous service. Someone wrote that it was "worthless" because it is not open "during the lunch rush." Of course not, postal employees are entitled to lunch, too and this PO, like most in small towns that are lucky enough to have a post office, has a very small staff (1 person, sometimes 2). The complainer said to not "waste your time" (by going to the PO during lunchtime). As an alternative, you could learn the place's hours and go when it is open. By the way, there is no such thing as a "lunch rush" in Parsonsburg, although people here, including postal employees, do eat lunch.”

1 Main St, Frankford“I’m actually very surprised at all the negative reviews this post office/employee gets. Jon has never been anything but sweet and respectful to me. After living in Delaware for the past two years what I can tell you is that the general population is incredibly rude and disrespectful. So I’m guessing the attitude they’re getting is probably mirrored from what they’re giving. Great employee, nice little post office. Don’t like it? There are plenty of other offices to go to!”

“I've made a couple requests online using the USPS Informed Delivery service, and both times I received a call from the Postmaster herself. She is a verynice person aand is always extremely helpful. If your mail comes through Willards, you're lucky!”
