I’ve been dealing with Deeley Insurance Group for years as we have our homeowners insurance through them for our townhouse in Ocean City, Maryland. They are a great company to deal with as they’ve always answered my questions and taken care of all of our needs. Recently, I had an issue with my policy because of my mortgage company. I was connected with Naomi Waters and she was absolutely amazing! She takes customer service to the platinum level. She spent over an hour with me on the phone with the mortgage company and worked through everything to make sure the payment was made. I truly owe her a whole lot more than a thank you. I highly recommend Deeley Insurance Group and Naomi Waters!

They are very responsive and go above and beyond to ensure that our coverage is sufficient yet affordable. I suggest you use Deeley for your business and personal lines. Ask for Hope Thomas! I don't know where she finds the time to do all that she does. She is the BEST!!

I highly recommend Deeley Insurance for any trucking company. Specifically, our agent, Brian Dean, provided an honest expertise that is rare to find in our industry. To start, Brian judiciously sought the best insurance at the lowest price and continued to search at each renewal period. Brian suggested the optimal insurance amounts and never tried to “upsell” unneeded or excessive insurance packages. The Deeley team responded quickly and appropriately to electronic mail messages and requests (including various COI requests). Brian would respond to our telephone calls even if outside “normal” business hours. Significantly, Brian provided guidance and support when there were accident claims to file and when one of our trucks was stolen. Brian discussed the options we had with each claim and promoted our interest directly with the insurance provider. While I never had the opportunity to meet Brain face-to-face, over the years we did business, he became a friend to talk to about trucking, family, and frustrations. I have no reservations in recommending Brian and Deeley Insurance to any trucking company.

Brian Dean at Deeley insurance group is great. I met him through a referral from another trucking company about 5 years ago (2019). At the time We were already insured with another insurance broker and company. At that time we were paying $2000 a truck for a standard policy with 100K cargo, Brian and his team shopped us around and came back with $1000 per truck with 200K cargo a month. Which allowed us to grow double our fleet! Nothing but praises for Brian Dean , and his Team at Deeley insurance group ? ? ? .
