Ordered a cold cut combo couldnt see the girl make it due to the lid being up against the glass. Needless to say when i went to eat the sub it was just bologna no other meats. Very disappointed amd there was no one else there, so there wasnt a rush to get it done.

I took my kids to Subway for dinner tonight. We were looking forward to sitting down and having a nice meal in the AC since we haven't had power for days. I really had to use the restroom and when we walked in there was someone already ordering so I decided to use the restroom first. I never got a "hi, hello, how are you" Just a very aggressive "ARE YOU ORDERING FOOD?!" After I said yes but I need to use the bathroom first I was rudely old where the key was. While ordering my daughter asked if she could pick our table and I said yes and she was yelled at to get down and don't play on there" I was so ready to just leave but we were starving and hot. The last time I came in I ordered subs for my family of 6 and was rudely told "oh? 6 subs?! You really should have done that on the app" And she took the person behind me first. I love that this location is close to me and the food is always good, but a little kindness could go a long way.

Hello! I work for a company that provides care to individuals with intellectual disabilities and I frequently take one of my clients to this location for lunch on our days out. I just want to say that the service here is always excellent. So much so that he always looks forward to dining at this particular Subway. The bar was raised even higher today as the woman working behind the counter (Aug 16th, around noon. I apologize for not catching her name) provided *exceptional* service. She was patient with my client as he placed his order and was very attentive as he pondered what he'd like to eat. Unfortunately, it's not often that I meet such kind, patient, and genuine staff when taking my clients out as their speech can sometimes be difficult to understand, and they can sometimes struggle with placing their orders. To the woman working today, I just want to thank you for your kindness and your service and for continuing to give my client something to look forward to when we go out for lunch. He appreciated your fantastic attitude and work ethic and will be talking about our visit for a long time to come!

Every time I order a sandwich online and add avocado, I'm charged extra but I never actually get any avocado on my sandwich. I don't know if they just don't usually have it or if they just think I won't notice (I notice), but I've only ever actually gotten it like twice out of all the times I've ever ordered here (which of course leads me to falsely hoping that maybe THIS time they'll get it right). Sandwiches are fine otherwise, I just want my avocado when I order it, please.

I ordered a footlong pro online which cost extra money and when I got home to eat it I discovered whoever made the sandwich charged me for a foot long pro but gave me a regular sub. Untrustworthy to say the least. Check your food before you leave if you ordered online.

This location is by far the worst I've experienced in customer service. This goes for all restaurants I've ever been to. I ordered multiple subs from this location. The staff are under serving portions of meat on the subs. I was not given cheese on 2 of my subs and they didn't seem to toast them at all. Called the store and said I had an issue. Some guy says "ok what's the problem" like no care in the world. How about "sorry to hear that what is the issue?" Then while I'm telling him the stated issues he's rudely talking to another employee before I'm even doing relaying the issues. The manager says in the background that he prepared the subs and put cheese on them. I said I checked the subs by opening them up and there is no cheese. This guy proceeds to argue with me about cheese being on there. Just because you are a manager at some subway does not mean you don't make mistakes. You made several mistakes today to include speaking out of term with me. I took pictures of said sandwich for anyone at corporate that would like to see. I repeated myself in saying there is definitely not cheese on two of my sandwiches and he continues arguing with me about it. Either the manager or the employee hang up the phone on me. I wait 3 minutes to see if they call back; they don't. So it's clear they intended to terminate the call because they can't take responsibility for their screw ups. I called back and tell them I'm calling corporate on them for being trashy. Seems this location is trying to scam customers out of portions and product for these expensive subs. I could go to wawa and get a sub for cheaper and not experience the amount of issues I've experienced here. It's absolutely disgusting how these two employees hold their self and I strongly suggest subway take appropriate action and teach these two individuals how to treat customers and how to handle customer complaints. I have a lot bigger problems then what I stated now that they handle theirselves in such a way. Subway do better....

Ingredients are typical but fresh and handled cleanly. This isn't my to to place for subs but in a pinch I can always depend on a good quality sub from them.

Showed up 1 hour before they closed according to the internet. Showed up 5 minutes before they closed according to there door. Didn't get 5 steps in the place before my wife and I were told very rudely that they were closed. We were only going to get 2 subs to go and didn't even get a chance now I remember why I don't bother with this particular subway.

Not sure been to two subways in last week if this is one in delta it's not that good and guy makes your subs is hard to understand and not friendly.
