The staff really adds to the ambiance - the seafood dept manager/representative is awesome; bakery staff always greets you with a smile as do the reps in meats and prepared foods, and cashiers. This matters!

I had placed an order for cake and balloons on Wednesday. (When I placed the order for both they said I could pay when I pick-up,which was on Saturday) The cake was perfect! The balloons however were not ready. (Had a note saying they need payed for before being made?) The florist that is in charge of putting together balloons had already left for the day. (So who was going to put together my balloons for my 2year olds birthday?) Thankfully Doreen (cashier) came to the rescue! Thanks to her my son had his balloons. (That I pre-ordered). I feel this should of been communicated better, I wouldn't of had an issue paying for them beforehand. Thank You Doreen!

This store is very conveniently located near where I work. They have regular groceries as well as made to order food, and their bakery is absolutely amazing. They have a large case of doughnuts that are freshly made. The staff is very friendly and helpful.Also, they have an attached liquor/package store, so you can avoid making a separate trip if you are shopping for a party or celebration.Lastly, they have a cool points program where you earn points as you shop that can be cashed in for products like knife sets and stuff.
