Dozens of people switched their oil provider this weekend. No heat in single digit weather on Christmas with children... There's no excuse for the amount of families that went through this. Partnering with Tevis has resulted in extreme decrease of quality of service.

My fiancé and I just purchased our home a few weeks ago. We ran out of oil in the middle of the night on a Friday. First thing Saturday morning I called several companies and was told since we did not have an account with them I'd have to call back Monday. Heaps was the last call I made. We had oil by noon that same day! Customer service was awesome on the phone and during delivery. I will never use any other company but Heaps!

Always get fast service and always so kind. I would never get oil from anywhere else.

My husband and I have used Heaps for years and never had an issue until yesterday. We ordered the minimum amount of 125g and the guy ended up pumping 225g then being charge for that persons mistake. So instead of about $410 we now have to pay over $800. We were told that there is nothing they can do and that they were " sorry". I will be calling tomorrow to discuss further with them but at this point they have lost a customer.

Wouldn't even give 1 star. Worst with customers rude people there. Was told my broken gauge was not there problem won't deliver oil and raised the price 200 dollars in the matter of 6 hours of not receiving oil so stuck with no heat

Friendly and more than competitive pricing . The Customer Service is worth mentioning . A delight to do business with!
