When I moved to Southern Maryland in 2016, White Plains Animal Hospital was recommended to me almost immediately. I tried another vet when I moved away in 2018. That experience was terrible, expensive, included extraneous tests, and highly impersonal. (They couldn't even get the dog's sex right.) I immediately started taking the dogs back to Dr. Pressman, despite the major inconvenience of the 1 hour drive. He cares and, as others have stated, runs an honest business. When my dog had grown too sick to go on, it was he that grabbed my leash and brought me back to reality. I am very thankful for him and his team. I will continue to make the drive for as long as I live in MD. Thank you.

They got me in the same day for an appointment for my pup. A suspected cracked tooth was just some broken off tarter and I couldn't be happier. My pup seemed relaxed with the Dr and the tech as well which was comforting. He got his nails done better than I ever could've!

I’ve been to several different clinics and hospitals, this one is unmatched. Very warm and hospitable. No unnecessary charges/fees. The Vet and staff truly care about all of my fur babies. I really appreciate that. Omg, even nail trimming quick and perfect. Thank you White Plain staff.

White Plains Animal Hospital was my savior this week! With an older, sick kitty I was anxious to get her in to see the doc. I called her normal vet, no appt for a week! Called two other vets no appointments for up to 2 weeks!!! White Plains got me in in two days!!! Receptionist, Mary Jo(?), was SO kind and understanding. Upon arrival was greeted warmly. Understanding about my loud, cranky kitty. Wait was not long. Nurse was compassionate and listened to my concerns. Dr. Pressman was equally compassionate and thorough in the examination. They even shaved a couple of matted hair balls on her back that were too close to her skin for me to do myself. No extra Charge!! May have found my new vet! Highly recommend this kind and professional team! Thank you!!!

We really like White Plains Animal Hospital, the staff is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable. I would highly recommend White Plains to anyone in the Wardorf, JBA area.

I'm so glad my neighbor recommended this place. They are efficient and take great care of pets without gouging you. My cats seem very comfortable with the veterinarian and staff. Great place!

I've been taking my dogs to White Plains Animal Clinic since 2016 and have always been extremely happy with Dr. Pressman and his entire staff. They have always been very honest and will never charge for anything not needed. They are all very friendly and my three girls love them. Thank you to Dr. Pressman and his staff for keeping all of my babies happy and healthy!!!

My 1st experience here.. brought my mom's senior dog. Everyone was very nice, processional and communicative. Dr was very count to earth and informative.Pretty sure I found banfield's replacement!!! ???

Overpriced and refer you to even more overpriced "care" in emergencies. If you are quoted a high price by these people or "Dogs and Cats" in Laruel their affiliate. Anicira in VA is worth the drive and truly hero's for you pet. They preformed a procedure for 15% of the price. Some vets are only in it to the profit.

The front office staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. The vet tech is a rigid, inflexible, stoic, nasty person who has no experience with animals. The vet's wife works there at times, swooping in on her broomstick, hitting patrons on the head with her caustic, unprofessional comments, which are extremely rude and inappropriate The vet refused to neuter a friend's dog, and we took that decision to Facebook and everyone - hundreds of commenters - told her to dump the vet. They're going to continue to lose customers with all the nonsense going on.
