Was told to leave my package in a bin in the hallway outside the office with hidehole in the door (no security or a way for the package to be immediately scanned by the employees). Anyone could easily steal multiple packages from this site.
I asked the employee I needed to have the package scanned so that USPS can take possession/responsibility of the item and immediately got an attitude for no reason. She eventually scanned it then overtly threw the package behind her to make it in the basket (Item was labeled/marked fragile on every side of the package).
Not worth the risk of breaking/losing packages or having to deal with bad attitudes coming here.

Nobody at the counter. Line forms. No room for me except next to door. Lady finally shows up after a 20 minute wait. Instead of doing her job, she tells at me for "blocking the exit"

The folks in here are usually nice, but they do not scan packages and packages get lost regularly when sent from here. You all need to do a better job of making sure each package is scanned and the tracking is working. They also refuse to give you a receipt for pre-labeled packages and have you drop them in a bin that anyone can access and easily steal from. The Waldorf branch will provide receipts and has a machine where you can scan and get a receipt. Don't use this branch anymore for packages because it's a huge risk. Someone is either stealing the packages or they're getting lost in the mail without being scanned when dropped off here.

I called the WHITE PLAINS — Post Office™4660 CRAIN HWY, WHITE PLAINS, MD to locate a package I sent hold for pickup that my customer could not pickup. The person answering the phone was extremely polite cheery and helpful. She had the package and I notified my customer.

If I could give NO stars I would. The only good thing about this post office is it's never busy. Aside from that it's complete trash. I implore you do not I repeat DO NOT patron this post office. I try really hard to extend grace to people especially those who've been on the front line during the pandemic. But this place is a joke. I had a prepaid item to ship and you can see based off of the signage they are refusing to hand our receipts for prepaid items. They've set up a box where you just leave your items. They don't seem to understand that without evidence of a receipt I cannot prove that I took my package to the post office and dropped it off. I dropped off the package on Monday 11/29. The package today Friday 12/3 is still showing as if I am still in possession. It has no scans not even a scan that they have it. The two customer service agents were literally NO help. And one had an attitude when I went in to inquire. She was extremely nasty. The only thing they could say is if you left your package it was scanned. The rude young lady at the front even suggested that I didn't bring my package in "nobody else has complained about their packages not being scanned." I'm telling you don't do business here!!

This post office is 10000x better than the Waldorf location. It’s like night and day. Friendly employees, no wait at 4-5pm. Save yourself the hassle and headache of dealing with the folks on Post a Office Road in Waldorf and drive the extra few minutes to this location, it’s definitely worth it.

Visited this location mid day and despite a short line of three, the clerks still tended to everyone very quickly! The clerk I spoke to and did business with was very friendly and knowledgeable!! Would have loved to have this be ‘My Post Office' but our address is not in its area of operation.

This post office is very rude . I was asking information on a package that I had tracking information for and they told me to look online and the clerk was free to assist.
