“I return a lot of stuff I find Imani (or Armani) very patient and helpful. Much more better experience than I get with the UPS store in Bowie. I was wrong about something and she was very polite and how she corrected me She could have made me feel a lot more stupid and she didn't five stars for her I hope I got her name right She works at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday July 3rd that lady really loved her she's very good at talking to customers and moving things along as fast as possible and professionally”

She has me in an out within minutes, and if there is ever a line of costumers, she keeps it organized and moving efficiently. Best of all, she is kind. “I love Staples. They have a great variety of work bags. I chose one made out of recycled plastic and I love it! I always find what I need and what I'm not sure I need from here.
Also, I walked in 10 min to close, rushing. There was no attitude. I quickly picked out what I wanted and checked put. No matter how busy this store gets, the staff is always courteous.”
