Unbelievable service, kindness and professionalism. All qualities rarely found today.Must share my latest experience: I had planned to pick up new prescriptions last Saturday morning when the shop opened. At 8:00am realized that I needed a refill on another drug. Sent an email request hoping that it might be filled before I arrive at 10:00. At 9:30 my phone rang telling me that my refill would be waiting for me with the rest of my order when they opened at 10:00. Wow!Why would anyone stand in line at the big stores with this level of personal service?

My family and I have been using this pharmacy for years, and I have been so pleased from the customer service to the delivery options. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable and I have never had any issues with them…ever!!! I would highly recommend if you live in the southern Maryland area. This pharmacy is awesome!!!

They will go the extra mile to assist you with any problems you may be experiencing. The Driver is always, prompt, pleasant and also goes the extra mile. I love this pharmacy! It's a boutique pharmacy, not one of those big box chain pharmacies, so you get personal care. The pharmacists are kind and professional. Service is quick, and they deliver my meds quickly. If there's a problem with filling my prescription, I get a call right away and they do what they can to get it filled, such as calling the doctor, etc, and this is done swiftly with a follow-up. I used CVS for years and was so dissatisfied with their rotten service. I'm glad I found My Express Care. They are a little far from my home, but it doesn't matter because I handle everything by phone (no wait time) and they deliver, so no issue with the distance. I find their prices to be more reasonable as well.

The folks at My Express Care Pharmacy are definitely on top of their game when it comes to understanding health insurance benefits. They are clear communicators and are prompt to fill your prescription accurately. I've been receiving prescriptions by mail from them for about a year now and I am very impressed. Well done to the professionals at that business.

This is my first time using this pharmacy and I am beyond happy with them. The staff is very friendly, professional, helpful and courteous. My first point of contact was Khandis who provided a very thorough explanation of how the process works and helpful strategies to help me process my prescription expeditiously. I had to follow up with Temi the next day because I neglected to provide information and again was met with very helpful information to help me through the process. I am more than pleased!!!
