“11/20/2023- Online review postings are typically a great indicator when searching a business quality and reputation. As such, I feel the need to leave my personal experience so others can benefit as I did. I own a 2007 G35S Infiniti & have had it for many years. Unfortunately, the car took a plunge over a tractor trailer tire left in the middle of I-495 & wiped bumper and other underneath plates from the car. It's hard to summarize, but engine light came on, broken parts & wires hung loose. Short story, Naz auto-shop did and AMAZING body work, paint and replaced broken parts. My car looks brand new and runs like a charm! Never taking my vehicle anywhere else. A big thank you to Naz and the entire team!!!”

“East Coast Collison in Waldorf MD will be my vehicle's second home for all of my future repairs and needs. I was recently rear ended by another driver which caused more damages than I expected. From the time my vehicle was dropped off up until the time that damages were repaired, I was consistently informed of each step that was taken to complete the repairs and when the repairs would be completed. I have to shout out April for walking me through each step and keeping me up to date. My experience was absolutely amazing with the customer service and care that I received. “I’m providing this review even before my car is repaired. I’ve been so impressed with the customer service thus far. On a humble I called Classic and spoke with Angie, she was very helpful and professional. Because of that I moved forward with taking my car. Once on site, I met with Paul who did a thorough walkthrough of the car. The price was reasonable, he even wrote up another estimate for some additional work. The cherry on top for me was yesterday, after dropping off my car. The owner took the time to help me find the value of my car, so that when the work is done I’ll be able to sell it . I look forward to seeing the final results and working with Classic and their staff.”

“My daughter had a deer run out in front of her and she couldn’t stop in time. The front end of her car was a mess. Joe got her car in immediately and began the process of getting insurance to cover things. Our insurance tried to low ball his estimate several times but he fought back and got the job done right. It took a little extra time but it was so worth it. When we picked up her car it looked like it did the day she drove it off the lot brand new. I will bring all my auto body issues to him from this point on. He will fight any insurance company to make sure you don’t have to!”
