Steph was very nice. Wait time is a little then it should have been. But very inconvenient that I couldn't get my controller there.

Kevin was great. He showed me a lot about Xfinity programs. He is the best. I was able to get my box and it's working well.

Jules was very helpful setting up my account and merging my mobile account. The store is sizable. You have to sign in upon entering and you will be called when it is your turn. Overall a seamless experience when it's not too busy.
