“Always a short wait, always busy (it may not have long lines but they’re on the phone with people or talking to someone in person every time I am there). We like most of the veterinarians and the staff. Front desk is always professional. Super clean. Usually a video on in the waiting area for children. Benches are comfortable while waiting. We bring two different breed cats (age 1 and 4 with different personalities and concerns). There’s enough benches and space to keeps the dogs at distances from each other and the cats away from the dogs.”

“Dogs are expensive...so what better people to entrust that expense to than FVC? They are awesome and classy even sending their respects for a deceased pet. “We love Dr. S! We started using him when adopted our cat about two years ago. She came to us with a flea problem so I was looking for a place that could see her quickly and they saw us within a day of me calling. We ended up with a second cat so of course, we also started to bring her to Dr. S and he’s been so thorough and attentive with both of them. Both cats, one 8 and one 16, are so different and have had very different problems but they have made an effort to get to the bottom of every one. We wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.”

“It’s always nerve wracking choosing the right vet, so I feel very lucky that I found Doc Side when I moved to the city. I have had nothing but positive experiences with them and am continually grateful for the care and support they show my precious pets. I’ve been to Doc Side for all sorts of things now— check ups, illnesses, an emergency visit, even anal gland expression on a cat (yikes!). They have always handled our appointments with grace, patience, creativity, and compassion.
I will admit they are a tad pricier than some other options, but not by much, and you get what you pay for. There have been a few times where I’ve called for guidance which they provided on the phone without urging me to come in for appointment. They have also matched a competitor’s medication price for me.
We’ve seen Dr. Tierney, Dr. Coughlin, and Dr. Peterson and have always been impressed by their quality of care. Additionally, the vet techs and support staff have consistently been phenomenal. I get anxiety over my cat’s health, and the staff do just as much for me as they do for them! You are in excellent hands with DocSide.”
“Rosedale Vet is the best! Dr. Sue Reiter has been our Vet for years, and has helped us so much with our previous dog Buster, and now Sadie. She is incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and works diligently to find a cause and answer to the health issue. “My dog and I LOVE Eastern Animal Hospital and have only had positive experiences with the veterinary and kennel staff. I especially love that they do daycare so she can play with other dogs during boarding and a bath on the day of pickup. The most recent time she was boarded my flight was delayed and the staff was very accommodating about that.”
