They were professional, honest, and had great customer service. It's a relief to find a shop as good as this one, I’m looking forward to returning here for routine maintenance and any other issues that come up. “I love Tim's Automotive. I have taken my care there twice and I love them because they only fix what's wrong and do not try to sell you stuff you don't need. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a shuttle service to drop you back home but not so great about picking you back up. Which I don't care. I still will take my car to them even if I have to Uber to pick up the car. Great job and great staff.”
“Been taking my cars here for the last 4-5 years. Solid group of guys. I feel comfortable and think they are trustworthy. My only ding against them is their system needs updating apparently. Depending on how the appointment is made, the system creates separate profiles and they can't merge them once they realize it.”

After the tech explained to me about the importance regarding, not plugging this due to safety, I purchased a used tire which was almost new. Over half the price cheaper. Very professional and fair.

“My tire pressure light appeared on my dashboard leaving work early Wednesday morning in Washington, DC. I tried to find a Royal Farms with a working air pump to no avail. As I was heading home I was driving passed Atlantic Tire and decided to stop in to see if they could help me. The parking lot was full and they seemed quite busy. I walked in and explained my situation. A very nice associate asked where I was parked and could he have my keys. He took the car and added air to all the tires. He reported that the loss was just a few pounds and nothing he was concerned about. He didn't charge me a dime and I was so very grateful for a safe trip from here. I just wanted to let everyone know how wonderful this service was, especially as I wasn't going to purchase tires at this time. Thanks so much!! Great Job Atlantic Tire.
