“I’m going through a vintage coat phase & have been collecting for about a year. I came here just to see what they had & left with two fur coats, one cornflower long faux & another that was real. It’s what I’d call a hidden gem.”

“Dropped off some items today. The driveway to the donation door on the side of the building and additional parking is easy to miss when driving on Joppa road. When dropping off items, make sure to park in a parking space. I have been yelled at in the past for parking near the drop off door. Today I walked my items into the door near the semi trailer. I was helped right away by a courteous staff member. Overall it was not difficult to drop items off.”

“The crew is great. Helpful and always willing to lend a hand, or answer a question. The Manager is wonderful. I won't include her name, she has enough to deal with.. Guys. It's Goodwill. What was the old TJ Mx slogan? Never the same place twice??Yup that's GW. I tend to hit a lot of "it depends" in reviews. Because..... It Does!!@Donations. Mixed with a large dose of "here today, gone tomorrow " .”

“Guess they changed their name from 2nd. Ave thrift store. It's still basically the same store. The only thing different is how the clothes racks & other Items are set up.”

“My mom makes me go here on a regular occasion. I would probably like it even more if I go on my own accord. Nice selection of items and even some rarer ones that could go for a bit of money.”

“This store is a lot better than Google. I've visited here with friends when I've been able to. The restaurants in the Eastpoint area increased their price, so I applied to Goodwill for employment.”

“I did not have a good experience earlier this week when attempting to donate items at a Goodwill within Baltimore City, and I really wanted to give my new and like new items to a Goodwill in the City. The customer service over the phone, accurate donation drop-off times online and over the phone, and clear directions to the drop-off lead me further out to this location.

Their donation drop-off is located in the rear (a sign on the front door also lets you know if you forget). The employees were great with unloading items and the line moved quickly. To get in line to drop-off donations drive behind the building to the rear. The rear is one-way only… so only enter at the opposite end of the shopping center by Looney’s, not Advance Auto.

I did observe a person pulling out what looked like a very battered bird house that should go in the trash. Let’s all be mindful to donate items that someone can use.

If you need some new ceramic bakeware, I just dropped some off. Hopefully they find a good home! Last, I frequent this Goodwill when I have time and have never had an issue. The employees have always been great and they explained the return policy to me each time. It may not be my favorite return policy, but they do explain it to you prior to purchasing. Happy hunting!”

“No to goodwills are alike. This one tends to be a favorite of mine when I'm in Harford county, simply because of the size and sheer volume of goodies one can find. I've picked up excellent running shoes, dresses, coats, books, paintings, and so many other things. The staff is always very nice and helpful. And the other customers are usually a joy to interact with. It's a great place to stop over if you're looking for a bargain. Check out folding chairs the fabric covered kind and see what you can find. I got a set of them for $6.99 each. They usually go for at least $20 in most retail stores. And these chairs were almost as good as those.”

“I happened upon the "savers" name while browsing a LuLaNo group. A search revealed a location within an hour, so off I went! I donated 2 bags of clothes and received a 20% coupon. Lucky for me, many items were on sale for 40% off. The 20% coupon didn't stack, but I did apply to anything that wasn't on sale. Their prices were.... interesting. I didn't see much consistency (a sleeveless NY&Co shirt for $15.99 while the others were $4.99??). But, their kids shoe prices were amazing. I got a pair of leather converse, big kid size 2, for $7 and a pair of merrell slip ons big kid size 4, for $8! I found a landends, womens size sm spring jacket for $14 and a real sleeping bag (i.e. sub-0 temps) for $10! As an added perk, they do not have the same "no tag, no sale" policy as goodwill, so some of the taggless items we found were able to come home with us. They only had self-checkout and do not provide bags. All in all, I look forward to making the trip again sometime in the future.”

“I’ve been wanting to check out this store for a while and finally made it. I went on a Saturday around 4pm, it wasn’t crowded at all, plenty of space between bins, people were friendly customers and staff, and found great merchandise!! Got a few nwt items, some trendy brands including Anthropology, items I picked up looked practically new. Honestly I’m thrilled and can’t wait to go back!!”
