The ladies in the food department need to quit. They know nothing about food service and give less than mediocre service. Gave me mashed potatoes that were sitting all day because they were crusty asf on top. When I took it back she said “that’s what happens when they sit for about 5 minutes”. Maam… I’m not dumb and been in food service. Then I get a sweet and sour sauce and open it to find something floating in it. The food part of this place need to be inspected and updated with better employees that give a uck or two.

Review based on gas experience - did not go inside.
Stopped quickly to fill the tank and had to listen to **BLARING** ads and music the entire time - like can't hear self think or even have a conversation with person next to me without raising our voices. This was through the station PA, not the pump itself, so you could not turn it down/off.
I get stations have a captive audience but this was ridiculous. We travel a lot, all over the country, and have never had a similar experience - anywhere. Will 100% go out of my way not to return here.

If I could give it zero stars I would. This is the worst Royal Farm I have ever been to. This store is dirty. The coffee machines are always broken and for long periods of time. The counter where you get coffee cream, sugar etc., is always filthy. In fact, I find myself finding napkins to clean up the spills that are always there on any given day. Recently, they've updated their payment terminals which is great. However, someone needs to check to make sure they are actually secure to their base. Typically when inserting my card into the payment terminal it moves around so much, I have to hold it in order to remove my card. What is going on here? What a shame!! The other morning I arrived to what looked like crime scene tape blocking all entrances to the store. I didn't see any signs stating what was going on. I heard an employee who was outside on her phone say the store is closed. That was it.

This whole store is filthy. The mat in the entryway is soiled and covered in dirt. The floors inside are covered as well. Bits of trash behind the counters and in the shopping areas. The bathroom stalls had toilet paper all over and the trash bins are spilling over. Used pad sitting next to sink. Disgusting. And they serve food here.

Everytime i stop in this location it is always clean and smiling,friendly employees. The food is always fresh and the store is well stocked

One toilet stall and one urinal. Sink is one those nasty ones you have to touch it get water and dry your hands nasty. They have bad accommodations when you have to take your five year old to the toilet.

free air tire pump broken, the $2 tire air pump ate my quarters and would not power on. The manager Amber was unable to help me since this is managed by a third party vendor. Ended up getting a flat a half hour later. This location kinda sucks.
