We was so happy with the entire dealership after purchasing my truck that we decided to update my daughter's car and once again everything went as you hope for and 2 weeks later went back and purchased a new car for my wife everyone was very helpful from first time I walked through the doorHad a issue with one of the vehicles and problem was quickly resolvedI would like to say our salesman Montey has continued to answer any questions and was a pleasure to work with

Love Koons White Marsh especially Brian Hastmann. He's the best. Always keeps me informed about upcoming necessary auto care. Never pushes me to get unnecessary work. the service is impeccable but the advisor was a bit rude, I was told it was going to take 2hrs but that turned into 4.5 hrs . Shout out to Jason (my sales man) such a cool guy always smiles and says Hi!
