Really unfortunate as I had a good initial experience with this dealership. Once I bought the car, though, that is when the service stopped. I moved, and now they do not even bother to respond to phone calls, texts, and emails. Ghosted!

All I wanted was an A/C blower replaced, instead they sent me a $4640, 3 page letter telling me that I needed all kinds of bs repairs! I needed my tires rotated but my tires are only 3 weeks old! I needed a new battery but my battery is only a year old, I needed new wipers but there's nothing wrong with the wipers when it rains, I needed a repair for my sun roof but I never had a water leak from my sun roof, they were trying to rip me off left and right!This place is a rip off. I will tell anybody and everybody not to go there. How was the customer service? The guy with the mustache an beard had a permanent bitch face, was rude and uninterested about my required questions regarding the repair.He was just nasty and he had body odor.Don't go to this place, is just not worth it.They will rip you off and treat you like you're a piece of trash

I have to give a huge thanks to Thomas (Tom) and David sold me my first luxury car! I initially viewed the car via my insurance app (it has a car buying tool) and went to the website to confirm. When I sent a request to see if the car was still available, Tom quickly responded with a personal video of the car, inside and out. I went to test drive the car the next day and the biggest win was the customer service, especially since I'm in sales. Overall, this was a great experience and I cannot forget to mention Ravel (sp) in financing was also great! Thank you everyone... hopefully the service team is just as awesome!!

Do not use Koons Volvo for service unless your want your vehicle damaged! I took my S90 for the 40k service and told them not to wash the vehicle as it had ceramic coating. However, they washed the vehicle regardless of what I said and damaged the paint. There are now visible scratches all throughout the car. No response from the sales manager after being assured that I would get a call back.

Purchased my like new Volvo. Only provided a business check so I was nervous, but the check was honored without any problems. Very easy to deal with and honest dealership.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize, and highly recommend, Koons Volvo of White Marsh, MD. A spur-of-the-moment visit to their store lead me to find my new Volvo that same day after previously looking at a competitor's dealership. Not only was the sales experience top notch, I got a great deal and the most outstanding warranty that I have ever had on my car. 10 year, unlimited miles!!!! This is what sealed the deal for me. You cant beat that! Thank you Sarosh (and Rovall).Furthermore, the service dept. is great. Unbeknownst to any of us, my certified pre-owned car had a minor issue. The service manager was able to source a replacement part very quickly (amazing in today's parts shortages), resolved my issue just as quickly, and showed amazing patience when dealing with a cranky (and anxious) new Volvo owner. Thanks Alan! You guys were great. I will be back regularly for service, parts, etc.. and I would happily recommend that anyone looking for a unique, sporty, and very comfy ride consider looking at Volvo. Very glad that I did :)

Rovall Washington is a liar. We came to a written agreement on a car that Koons had for sale. The next day Rovall claimed they "couldn't legally sell the car" because Koons hadn't inspected it yet. Obviously that's not true as no such law exists. He went so far as to say "it shouldn't even had been listed on the website" and proceeded to throw his colleague Lexi under the bus when she and I agreed to but the car on their terms. Rovall claimed that our agreement to buy that car was void because I hesitated on financing. Untrue--he tried to load an extended warranty and predatory rates on the deal. Rovall had zero integrity, and is a detriment to the Koons name. Avoid him all costs.
