“I love Richardson's. You can do basically most or all of your grocery shopping here, and it's all good quality from their farm. I went on weekday afternoon when it wasn't crowded because on Saturday, it was jam-packed. My favorite things are the chicken pot pie, corn bread, cinnamon almonds, eggs, and selection of candy.”
“The young woman who helped us was pleasant and knowledgeable. She asked what specific things we were looking for in a mattress and price range then showed us several that fit the bill. She encouraged us to try several and we found one that we really liked. Height was important to us so she explained the possibilities. The price of each item was given as we went along and when we purchased she gave us all the important facts such as payment options and the delivery and return policy. She made it a pleasant experience.”
“Our salesman was really, really nice. He had a nice art piece in our cart on his computer along with the fireplace TV stand tgat we were going to purchase. Another customer came along and took the art piece off of the wall and claimed it! We decided that a piece of artwork wasn't worth the argument so we let it go. The fireplace is missing the remote and instructions, and the Bluetooth isn't working. I trust that Value City will quickly resolve this issue! Otherwise, the fireplace seems nice quality and beautiful!”

“I have read endless reviews about this business the practices and the employees. Even with all of that I still decided to get furniture. This was totally because I needed a living set quickly . I had several failed deliveries from top furniture stores . The door frame was not cooperating . The online phone representation was amazing . All was explained no hidden fees . One issue they don't assemble that I was aware of and wasn't explained . This was an online /phone transaction. I'm sure this was on the papers I signed but I should have read completely. I should have also been told . That's the only big thing I have an issue with . That's why I gave 4 stars .”
