Fantastic job as always. This was a small repair but I had the warranty/insurance. You have to keep your paperwork is the only pain, I am sure they have it on file but require you to provide it.

Just got home from having the paint protection film installed on my brand new car. Andy did a phenomenal job and I couldn’t be more tickled pink about it. D&L has been my go-to for years for window tinting, and would be a return customer again for getting the paint protection film installed on another vehicle.
Also, the customer service was outstanding from the time we started asking questions about the process to an over-the-phone estimate to when we brought it in for them to look at it. I couldn’t be happier.
Hands down the best around.

They tinted my windshield and when I got in the car I noticed 2 huge long scratches (like 10 inches long) in the windshield right in front of the steering wheel. I came back thinking it was a scratch in the tint, when they took the tint off they said it was a scratch in the glass. The car is brand new and the scratch was NOT there prior to them touching the car. They acted like the scratch was there prior and accepted no responsibly at all. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! Also while waiting for over 2 hours in the waiting room I overheard the women at the front desk talking about another customer, calling them an idiot.

Prices are competitive and the service is excellent. Others in the area quote 2hr plus waits and here I was in and out on a Saturday in less than an hour. Only warning is if you use a credit card it's a 3.5% upcharge. Crazy! However there is an ATM there which charges 1.5% which is obviously better. Comfortable big waiting room. Best shop in the area

Absolutely worse customer service ever, from the employees to the OWNER. I took my 26' box truck there to be wrapped/ lettered. I was quoted one price over the phone/email, and another upon arrival. My logo is Brown and Green, NOT black and green, so this is where it begins :
1) They would not redo the logo from black & green, to my logo colors of brown & green.
2) They had to redo it anyway because he forgot to put a letter, an " S " on wheels, NOT wheel on my webpage name.
3) Owner beat me up ( not literally ) over trying to get my original quoted pricing, and began bragging to me that he's on TV, has the only 3M contract for miles, and that he pulled his employee up after stealing money from a car/ customer.
4) Once coming back to get my truck, the owner said to me face to face that he would redo the wrap if the ( Black ) didn't fade to brown. He literally told me that it's a dark brown, that fades by the sunlight , it's not, five years later it's still BLACK.
5) Once I called him , to discuss the redo to brown and green, he put me back in contact with FRANK ( an employee ), and I was basically was treated like a POS ! email after email of insults.
6) This is all after offering to meet them half way on the pricing.
7) ALL WRAPPING/ LETTERING WILL BE EXECUTED BY
360 IMAGE.
8) I've never written a bad review , but these people deserve it, form the owner to the employees :-(

Andy has done awesome PPF job on both my AMG GTS and AMG GT 53. Now I can enjoy my cars without fear of stone chips!

We had a phenomenal experience, I am 5'1 and my husband got my windshield strip done to help block the sun. After they did it I checked it out and it didn't help at all. It was too high up and I'm too short. BUT I went back in and talked with WES and explained to him, he said, say no more give me a few minutes to check a few things out. They redid my truck windshield and it was perfect. They truly went above and beyond to accommodate my shortness. Thank you so much D & L staff and wes .

D&L does excellent work! I have gone to them multiple times and always refer people to them for tinting! The owner is great very personable and easy going 10/10 recommend.

Repeat customer for a reason! Had to return for my wrap due to materials not available and was compensated with a window strip. Also was introduced to a Big Mac pizza from local sub shop. Thanks D&L!!!

These folks are super friendly and very helpful. They explained the process and steps in detail and let me know the different options for the tinting and warranty. I have had tinted windows for over 20 years, but reminders of options are always useful. I love the quality of the work and how they kept me informed. I have only come to these folks for about 20 years (their old location before this new one), and will continue to come back with each vehicle. I live in northern Virginia and didn't hesitate to make the 1.5 hour drive; I highly recommend them!

this is by far the worse tinting place in maryland. me and my friend drove up there to get his truck done, after getting the call 5 hours later we got there and every window on the truck was messed up.
•Windshield strip was bubbled and peeling
•Side windows were bubbled bad
•Back windows were also bubbled and peeling in every corner.
We asked to speaker to the person that did it and the manager came out with an attitude and after explaining what was wrong he then slapped my friend, got in his face, then started picking apart what was wrong with my truck. manager has very bad anger issues.
