We ran out of gas completely and put in a request on a Sunday hoping to hear an update a couple days later of when we could expect our tanks to be filled. I called the help line which apparently doesn't even contact the local office, so they had no idea when to expect the delivery. We ended up having to go 9 DAYS without gas because I refused to spend double the price to get it "expedited." (So a total of $450 instead of like $220). Throughout that 9 days, I called 3 times requesting an update of when we could expect a delivery since it literally impacts our ability to cook any food. So we had an entire week of not being able to eat or cook at home. And then finally on day 7, I called and knew that the following day (which was a holiday) was the last day of the estimated date range and requested she make us a priority. They did and ended up showing up after putting through a priority to the local chain/office. This whole process was ridiculous and we just about canceled everything, but found out it would be yet another multi-hundred $$$ dollar charge to cancel on top of everything else. The customer service is a joke.

It was ? difficult to converse with the customer representative. We waiting seven days for a delivery when we were out. Did not get a call for delivery so no one was at home, they disconnected the valves until we could be home, charged a few to come out to reconnect and charged a few for service call. Not customer friendly, not helpful and very inconvenient.

We have used Amerigas for years They are responsive and easy to deal with.

My tank was running below 30% so I called to get an update on the delivery status, which the system said had been initiated nearly a monthly earlier. The person with whom I spoke gave me no solidI tried the online chat twice. In each case I asked to be referred to an agent. The second time I waited 21 minutes and received NO help.Final I called in desperation when the tank was at 8%. The person with whom I spoke was able to arrange a delivery for the next day.ON Line chat system - total failure 0 of 5.Telephone customer support 3 of 5: one person was a pure zero the other a 4.

Once again we placed an order and paid for expedited/next day delivery $300 and as with previous experience it was NOT delivered as promised however we have not been reimbursed or contacted to discuss. We are currently looking for another provider.

Had to beg for delivery in November. No invoice sent. Due 12/2. Still no invoice. Called 5 times, hung up on, on hold for 40 minutes, was told I'm not on the account that I have been paying for over 30 years. Still no invoice. Emailed 5 times, no response.

It was terrific except the driver didn't leave a slip showing how much gas was delivered, other then that it was great.

Wanted both tanks filled and you would only give me 60 when each tank is 100 called and it was like talking to a wall girl couldn’t understand a word I was saying

Driver delivered the incorrect amount of gas and also reported that we were 80% filled when we were actually at 60%. Another driver had to come a few days later to properly fill it up. I was billed the additional delivery fees for the 2nd visit and charged a higher amount per gallon. On the phone several times with customer service and still haven't had this addressed or received a correct bill. I believe they moved CS overseas and it is absolutely terrible.

It took you 11 months and 3 failed inspections to complete my project. And in the end I had to go to a local news network to get you to remove the late fees accumulated during your failed extended project. As it is you charged me a $99 service fee to come fix one of the failed inspections. Ridiculous.

It has been a complete and utter nightmare! My Retainer wall, was severely damaged by one of your drivers. I even have one of the Lug-nuts that was snapped off of their trailer tire. I sent in pictures and all the information concerning the damage weeks ago and it has not been addressed to date. They are trying to charge me $170 for work done on my tanks that was never actually done. I called in reference to getting the bill straightened out and the associate told me that it would be straightened out, but again as of today, weeks later it has never been straightened out , I was with Amerigas for almost 30 years and it was a great experience for about 28 yrs, but has steadily gotten worse and this year it is the hardest company I have ever had to deal with and over a month later nothing has been fixed or resolved. The associates that answer the phone have no idea what you’re talking about. They are clearly reading off of some script or book . I was quoted one price for buying my tanks and received a bill for another amount and this nightmare just continues week after week and nothing. ever gets resolved. I had five different appointments for someone to come out and the first for no one ever even bother to show up or to call. I took off work to be here and no one ever came. I would call and they would reschedule my appointment and again no one would show up. The fifth appointment they finally showed up, did absolutely no work and I was charged $170. I was quoted a price for buying my tanks and received a bill for more than double what I was quoted. This has been an absolute nightmare that has been going on now for approximately seven weeks and there has been absolutely no resolution on the part of the company.
