Wheelbarrows to move clothes from the car to the machine and inside the place help a lot. machines to add or buy cards are useful. They keep the place very clean. On my visit my detergent was stolen when I turned my backs for 5 seconds. The w/d machines worked poor. my laundry card had $14 , I asked to the CEO for a refund and he said we don’t give a refund. He steal your money.Would give this place -Zero stars if I could.I won’t be back.I don’t recommend this place!

One of the messiest laundromats that I have visited, it is incredible that the machines do not work well, the washing machines leave the clothes dripping water, the dryers have such dirty filters that no matter how much time you put in, your clothes will never dry, right now I have a mess of clothes hanging all over the house in conclusion I do not recommend this place

My washing machine died mid-cycle so I had to bring a load of wet clothes (and the rest of my dirty laundry) here after work. The woman at the counter was super helpful in helping me get a card and other customers were great at helping me get washing machines as they became available. It was clean and, overall, a bright spot in what had been a frustrating day. I’ll be returning with my laundry until I can get my washer fixed.

THIS PLACE DESTROYED THREE VERY EXPENSIVE CUSTOM SWEATSUITS WITH THEIR LOW LEVEL LAUNDRY SERVICE. THEY RIPPED OUT MY STRINGS! I WASHED MY OWN CLOTHES BEFORE; AND NOW, ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY ARE RIPPED OUT! WHEN I COMPLAINED RESPECTFULLY TO THEM, AN ASIAN MAN TELLS ME THAT HE IS NOT LIABLE AND POINTS TO A SIGN; YET, THE SIGN ONLY ADDRESSES HEAT DAMAGE. IF THERE IS NO NOTICE ABOUT RIPPED OUT STRINGS, THEN HE IS LIABLE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOUSY BUSINESS! PATRONS BEWARE!!!

Sherrae Swann, Jenay Caldwell and Toni Myers from the DCA area stole my credit card and did laundry here using my card. I hate thieves.Plus, gas, food, parking, airline tickets to SJU and so far have spent over $2k on my card. Not to smart since I have license names and ticket numbers and now it's a Federal offense. I'm coming for you.

Would give this place zero stars if I could. Owner complained that my clothes smell...yeah dude, that's why I'm at a laundromat. He made me move my laundry cart outside to remove the smell. And when I confronted him about it he threatened to call the police. Real nice. Is that how you treat all your customers?? I won't be back.

Clean. But don't like the idea of not getting a refund if you don't use all of the prepaid cards. Yes, you buy a card to wash and dry. I was visiting and because they don't refund unused money I gave it away.

I prefer to come here late at night on the weekend or on weekday mornings. Otherwise, you'll have to wait for a washing machine. Overall it's close to my house. The place is clean and the workers are very helpful.
