They sold me a Honda with a leaking transmission and refuse to do anything about it. They sent me to a mechanic who didn’t look under the car or even lift the hood. These are shady people and they sell lemons. My car also had no windshield wiper fluid when I bought it. Now I’m stuck filling my transmission fluid once a month until I can afford to have someone fix the leak or repair/replace the transmission. Less than a month and I had problems. Don’t go here

I was just randomly scrolling through their site looking at cars and a 2015 Honda civic caught my eye. I was interested in getting a car but wasn’t 100% certain when I wanted to start the process. I came in to the office the same day and Ruth helped me and my mom. The office was very spacious and comfortable. She asked a few questions, let us test drive the car and next thing you know I got the 2015 Honda civic. Quick, easy, no hassle. Everyone avoids having to go to the dealership to purchase a car but this was the first time that I didn’t spend 4 hours in an office constantly running number and trying to sell me something I didn’t want, didn’t need, and didn’t know about. Since I decided to show up to their office around 6:15ish they said I can come back the next day to get the car cleaned. I appreciate them staying a couple hours after the office was closed to close out the deals! Thanks ladies!

This company likes to sell defective cars to uninformed customers who do not speak the appropriate language. They sold friend a defective Van, made a commitment to fix it, and to this day the problem persists and they have not resolved anything. It's good that customers who try to find cost + benefits in this company will also find a lot of headaches and bad character!
