I've had the pleasure of interacting with Talha at my local UPS, and I must say, he's a breath of fresh air! In an environment where some of the employees at this location can be less than welcoming, Talha consistently shines with his exceptional customer service skills.
He's always courteous, eager to help, and goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist make him a standout employee and a valuable asset to the UPS team.

Returned a phone to Verizon here and the female employee that worked here in January of 2024 cut my box open and stole the phone. She mailed the empty box to Verizon who proceeded to charge me for the device. This employee stole from over 100 packages and the police called me to confirm that it was in fact HER!! I have had to dispute so many transactions with amazon for returns and so many other companies only to find out that the shipper was stealing the goods right out of the packages! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Good Evening -
I would like to make a complaint against an employee who worked at the front counter. He had a blue shirt, african american with dreads. I came into the store around 3:30 pm on Aug 3 rd to drop some papers at the shredder and asked if it was too late to use it. He got very snapping and rude towards me and replied " YOU NEED TO HURRY UP. WE CLOSED IN 30 MINUTES. I HAVE A LOT TO DO. Every Time I asked the question, he snapped. I decided not to use the shredder and walked out the store furious. You don't take your emotions out on me. I have not done anything to him. I spoke to the owner about it and he apologized on his behalf. I am changing my review to 5 star

The short woman that looks like a man was incredibly rude. Probably the most rude person I’d ever encountered at a business. I will never visit this UPS location again.

My experience at this location was disappointing due to the employee's poor attitude. When I approached to ship my package, he didn't greet me or acknowledge my presence. Instead, he simply pointed to the scale without saying a word. The first thing he said to me was a curt demand for the 'QR code,' which felt unprofessional and unfriendly. Will not be visiting this location again.

This location used to be a pain to come to because every employee seemed to be having a bad day, every day… I went today though and was greeted by a friendly employee who genuinely seemed happy to help. Talha was really nice and did not seem miserable to be working there which was very much appreciated because I was already annoyed with Amazon for their silly and randomly enforced return box policy. I left feeling much less annoyed though, which I was not expecting. Thanks and good work, Talha!

I came in there for a passport photo and to ship something out and Renard was so quick and helpful. He was very busy but still took the time to make sure I had a wonderful experience! Was nice and professional! He’s a keeper for sure.

2 nd time package gets stolen from this location 1st time it never left the location and the second time they opened and took the stuff out and delivered an empty box never using this location again

I shipped a pair of earrings worth $6000 here. They cut open my package and straight up took the earrings from the jewelry box. I feel very unsafe because this place stole my earrings and got my address. Avoid at any cost

The employee there had a terrible attitude. I understand that I came at the very last minute to closing and he wanted to go home. But instead of looking down at my address and saying “and you waited til now to come”, he definitely could’ve said “sorry we’re closed”. I appreciated that he took my package anyways, but if he was going to complain and have an attitude about it the whole time that it took, I would’ve rather him just said “sorry we’re closed”.
