Good variety of used goods. Coupons when you donate and discount days during the week. Everything is fairly organized for a very large thrift store. Hidden gems can be found once and a while.

Absolutely terrifyingly horrible experience. I was harassed & humiliated.treated like a thief which is appalling.I’ve been going to this location since i was a toddler !An african american women came over & blatantly said that the tags on my items were replaced ?!then she proceeded to DIG INTO my BAG and take every article of clothing in it & go through my shopping cart and started to tear off prices.what was insane was the tags were accurate !She let me keep ONE item as well, be so fr ?! I felt like i was in a horror movie. It was disheartening and absolutely appalling. She said to come back next day i’m sickened and now i will have to RECORD when i go back :-( and i would suggest the same for everyone who tries to use self checkout.

Unbelievable stuff happened to me today! The cashier didn't sell me a sandwich plate and a cup. We walked the all way to the shelves to see other plates and cups. The plate and the cup were staying together, same as other the same eleven plates and cups, but she was sure it was different plate to the cup. No she wasn't convinced! Even she couldn't find "correct" plate. The sandwich plate and cup are common vintage set, and she didn't know - they go together. Unprofessional and stubborn, she did it to me second time. Unbelievable and very sad, but I return to my home empty handed.

Large thrift store in the Rockville area. Huge variety of options and a lot of nice, like new second-hand items at reasonable prices! Within the building they also host a “bazaar” which is a space for a lot of small local businesses selling anything from clothing to jewelry to candies and other things. Plenty of parking spot and they even have self checkout lanes!

A REALLY solid thrift store. Clothes for kids and adults. Toys, furniture, housewares; if you like to shop thrift stores, you will not be disappointed with the large, well organized selection. Also, there is a Bazaar within Unique that houses numerous merchants offering a variety of fare. Good stuff!

I love shopping at the store, but sometimes the workers would accuse me of stealing items when I haven’t even check out my items and I just walk up at the register. Also the worker that helped me do my check outs, the worker just threw the clothes on the cart and some ended up on the floor. While the worker was checking out my items in a hurry, I got cut because of the hurrying. As I said I love shopping at this store.

The store was also well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. I appreciated that the clothing was sorted by size and type, which made it much easier to browse through the racks. The staff were also friendly and helpful, offering suggestions and answering any questions I had.In addition to the great selection of items, the Unique Thrift Store also supports a good cause. I learned that the store partners with local charities to help support those in need in the community, which made me feel good about shopping there.

Visited this store for the first time recently, and it will sadly be the only time I go. The prices are good, and the selection of things is amazing, but oh my gosh the staff are some of the rudest people I have ever met.The employee supervising the checkout honed onto me and watched as I scanned every item like a hawk, standing right behind me. Normally I wouldn't notice someone watching, but I could see her staring every time I turned to reach into my cart to grab an item to scan...Eventually I scanned a vase that appeared to have a normal tag, and then the employee swooped on me saying that the price was wrong. She kept saying it like I was trying to scam the store. I just told her to put the correct price in then, since I still wanted the vase. She disappeared and came back with I think a supervisor, who told me in an accusatory manner that *someone* switched the tag and it was a few dollars more...so I said again that was fine and I'd pay for the proper price. He finally put in it, but didn't say anything else and just stared at me as I payed. I would have gotten the register supervisor and manager's names, but they were so hostile that I just wanted to leave.I've never been to this store before this, and had absolutely no idea that the tag had been switched. I'm sure people do try to scam prices, but that doesn't mean that everyone needs to be treated like a criminal.

This location has two thrift stores in the same building. I describe the shopping experience as looking through someone's closet. Sometimes you find a treasure. Sometimes you find junk. The largest inventory is clothes. The prices have gone up over the years. My last fun find was a bag of tiaras.

It's pretty huge, i have been here in the past when i used to buy little golden books for my children. Now they are grown I don't really go here often.Today we went in the insistence of my daughter. She had all her friends in tow and they went at it. Thrifting is a big thing now especially with the inflation.I saw many diverse customers here.It can be a bit dusty and if you have dust allergies you will definitely sneeze. But many good finds BUT make sure ithe price is right. I saw dollar tree items and they are selling it for $1.99 what you mean it's $1.25 in the dollar tree. I did get a nice bamboo steamer for $3.99 it seems ok. We will see. My mother in law got a lot of stuff like church outfits and such. The prices are still kinda up there but she didn't mind she still bought so much stuff, hats bags and everything.I still feel that the prices should be a bit lower because it is used and donated.

Extremely well organized store with a ton of different items, including clothing, housewares, linens, toys, accessories. Not much furniture. Pricing seems very inconsistent; for example, there were two of the same exact toddler pajamas in the same size and pattern and the tags were different prices.

Amazing customer service and awesome clothing options. You just need cash or card does not take Apple Pay because SOME people forget that and end up making themselves mad and blaming the store.

Decent pricing. They don’t accept American Express or any mobile payments (Apple or google)

Organiz d sections, busy store with a lot to choose from. Odd how you have to walk around/through the people bringing donations. Awkward

Huge store! Men's clothes were well organized and displayed. Jeans were attached to one pant leg and on one side of the waist so the measurements and width were easy to see. Parking was an issue when I visited on a Monday afternoon around 2:00 PM. The store, however, had plenty of room for everyone to shop without being crowded. I didn't buy anything this trip but I plan on going back.
