“When you need a tow truck it’s probably not your best day ever. Luckily for me, the bad turned to better quickly. Oddball situation, no need to explain except for IT SUCKED. Called Grace, the Driver Rigo arrived sooner than expected. Navigated my truck’s “difficulties” on a hill, at night, blah blah blah. My truck is now safely at the dealership to get fixed tomorrow. “They've maintained our Corollas for several years, and we've been happy with them. Especially when we had to take our cars in during COVID - they had glass and masks. They also allow for after-hours drop off, which is very convenient for those of us who work well past 5 PM. The online estimates make things very convenient, but they never try to push service on us, while explaning when stuff really does need service. The downside is you have to call them to make an appointment...lately my husband and I have not gotten confirmations from that, but aside from that, they are communicative when you do need repairs.”

“Got a flat on some random road off 355 at the Rockville pike are after spending allllllllllll day going back and forth with road side assistance called Dave he was there within 15 minutes had the car up on the truck in less than 5 minutes! Super nice, super professional. Idk what about it but he made every part feel safe! The price was $110 for the pick up and $8 per mile. The price wasn’t an issue for me after spending 8 hours waiting for roadside assistance. Will always recommend Dave.”

“As a female getting work done on my car, it’s tough. At dealerships they try to upsell me and lie about work getting done but it hasn’t , honestly not a great experience. BUTafter looking at McCurry's reviews I decided to give them a call and Bill the owner answered right away. He was kind and made it an easy call. I dropped my car off with a note for an oil change and that my brake pads needed to be changed. A couple hours later he called having done my oil change and updated me on what was actually necessary for my brake pad replacement. Very kind honest man, no hassle! My car was ready in a couple hours. Definitely recommend to any females out there who stress about getting their car serviced! “I cannot speak to the quality of work done here because I only had a safety inspection done in order to register my van with the state. At first I felt a little sketchy about this place. I failed the inspection and went back to my shop to get some things fixed. They confirmed the inspection was legit. I took my van back for re-inspection and passed. These guys got me in and did their thing and got me out both times. I wanted to write this review to let people know that even though I had reservations about this place I do believe they want to provide a legit service. But again I cannot speak to the actual quality of their work.”

They did a rear main seal on my car in two days for 1200. They do the work quick, accurately, and very affordable! “A good place for Gas if you like the Sunoco Brand…!! There’s is also a Guatemalan food truck that is pretty good. My real happiness comes from the AWESOME Mechanics at this location. One of the mechanics has been there more than 40 years..!! When I was 16 I had a Pontiac 6000 STE. I took my car to many mechanics and it never got it’s electrical problem fixed. This mechanic at Sunoco gave me a fair price to change my Alternator and change my terminal cables to battery (spot worn discharging electricity to ground) which kept making my battery dead. Problem fixed on Pontiac!!… Now 30 years later, I moved back to my hometown of Wheaton, MD, These mechanics did a Mobil synthetic Oil change (8 Qts) and my Maryland State Inspection for $200 for my 2021 Chevrolet Suburban. I am SÚPER happy and proud to still see the same honest and fair Mechanics. The Rockville Chevrolet dealer Service department had quoted me $150 for Oil change and more $ if I wanted Mobil One Synthetic. Then the dealer quoted me $250 for the Maryland State Inspection. Let’s summarize: Rockville Chevrolet would have charged me like $450 total if I wanted Mobil One Synthetic and these AWESOME mechanics charged me $199… taxes included. You make your own opinion. Next case…, My mom had her Subaru serviced at a Mechanic that changed her Radiator. He touched brackets attached to the transmission and left screws not tighted and maybe loosened nuts not to be loosened. My mother didn’t know why her transmission started slipping. I kept checking the transmission Oil level and eventually added two quarts. I brought to these AWESOME mechanics. They showed me how some loose nut had made the transmission fluid leak slowly. They serviced my mom’s Subaru and now it is working like a new car. I’m telling you my mom is super happy and so am I…. I am Proud to tell you these stories and hopefully help you find here great and awesome mechanic service at a fair reasonable price. God bless..!”
