Despite my 05:00 PM appointment, I was informed upon arrival that tire changes could take up to 2 hours. Furthermore, I requested a tire wear check for evenness, which they forgot, instead suggesting unnecessary wheel alignment for my 25k mileage car (every year). Disappointing experience but good tires with good prices.”

“This is an excellent tire shop! Great communication on the phone and in person, honest assessment, and quality work. I had a flat tire and changed to my spare. I called Quality Discount Tire and they were able to order my tire (I wanted to match the rest) and schedule me for an appointment the next day. They promptly installed the new tire, checked my tire pressure sensors and even put my spare tire and wrenches back. I was in and out in about 45 minutes and very happy with the result.”

“Friendly and knowledgeable staff, with good service and good prices, and no pressure towards services you don't need. When I got a flat, they quickly and inexpensively plugged a tire that was fixable when they easily could have tried to sell me a new one. Thousands of miles later, when it was time to replace the set, they had top-rated Michelins in-stock at a reasonable price, and they were able to do an oil change along with the tire installation and alignment. This is a not just a good neighborhood tire place—it's also my new go-to for other auto maintenance like oil changes.”
“The team at Far East Motors is friendly and helpful. They give a detailed report of any repairs and costs before beginning work. They do a great job and are cost conscious when working on my older model Ford Focus and Town and Country minivan. They have diagnosed AC/vent issues, cooling system repairs, have replaced our brakes,
done suspension work, tire repair, and general maintenance work on our cars. They always keep you up to date on the progress of your vehicle repairs and diagnostics. They are a great local small business, I really can’t recommend them enough. John and his team stand behind their work and I trust their recommendations for my vehicles. “I stopped in without an appointment to see if they could remove a large screw from my tire and plug it. They said "no problem, just sit in the waiting room". I barely got a change to sit down before they called me. I seriously think I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Very friendly staff, too. I definitely recommend Charles Automotive!”
“Texted Mary at 9 pm on a Friday and was quoted a fair price to plug the tire if possible. We arranged for her to come out to my house at 8 am the next morning. Unfortunately, the tire was too damaged to repair, but Mary quoted a fair price to replace it on site. You will need to get new tires rebalanced after Mary installs them (has to be done at a garage, can't be done on-site), so I ended up going with a shop who could do everything all at once on Mary's suggestion. Very happy with the service though, and wouldn't hesitate to call her in a roadside emergency.”
