Horrible experience nit honest people; got my brakes done July 4th weekend and they are already sweaking! The son will put new brake pads on even if your rotars are bad not tell you just to have you come back to be charged twice; I addressed this issue he was rude nasty and arrogant; after 20yrs of patronizing this business I wonder what else they lied about and over charged me; BEWARE of this place the office is not well kept so he refused to pull my previous receipt??? Bad business he owed me a credit and him and his father both lied and refused; couldn't even look me in the face! Now I have to spend more money to do my brakes for the 3rd time; they also keep having my post here deleted; very sneaky mischievous people.

Went in to get a diagnostic on electric repair from a 2015 Honda Civic blowing hot air, went through several shops and mechanics and was finally able get proper cold air running again after coming to Son's Auto Clinic.Great work, Price is right, Communicative and overall great Mechanics.

Ive been coming to the Sons since 1998 never had a real problem until late last year; i always buy my parts and they provide the Labor i purchased brake pads for front and back the son took in my vehicle and i waited; once i returned he explained to me that I needed rotors; I ask him why didnt he call me to inform me and not put new brakes on bad rotors; no explanation but when you come back i will give you a 75 credit; well Im back he claims that didnt happened and he never said that; I asked him to pull my last paperwork; he said he couldnt he had thousands of invoices to go thru and refused; he was very rude and arrogant; this is my last time patronizing this business that cant pull up my last transaction because of shabby accounting system; So im paying double for the same job not good to treat a long time customer like this; Im done i drive 30mins for this treatment? Beware of the tactics they use to sell their expensive parts!!!! USE A MORE REPUTABLE ESTABLISHMENT!

I've been taking my car to Son's since 2016. This was my 11th visit and each time has been a good experience. The price is always fair for the work they do. The owners are patient to explain the issues if you ask them to diagnose sounds, leaks, etc. I trust their recommendations and they never push to have any work done. Additionally, they are close to the Metro (5 minute walk going the shortest route) so it's easy for me to drop off or pick up without needing an Uber.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I love places like this. You have an issue, in my case - a steadily leaking tire - and you Google "tires near me" in hopes of finding a fair and efficient repair spot with good reviews. Son's is all it's cracked up to be. It took me 10 minutes to get in and out with a freshly plugged tire and an honest assessment that I still had a good three months left on my tread. No BS, no upselling, just help when I needed it, all for $15.00. That's old school service right there. Then, when the plug I received didn't hold (only because the tire had other damage and clearly needed to be replaced), I called them back and asked if they had a used one. Lo and behold, they had one with a good amount of tread left and the exact proper size. Only $40! I got that and an oil change for $80 and the car was ready and out the door the same day at 5:30PM. Yet again, quality service from these dudes!
