When I initially visited, a competitor tried to badmouth Smartfix, promising a cheaper price and better quality. Despite my busy day, I opted for an affordable and quick solution, paying little attention.The surprising part is that Smartfix responded with a simple, no-nonsense statement: "Remember who you do business with; cheap isn't always the best." When I questioned their comment, they explained that they don't speak ill of others and are genuinely confident in their service. They emphasized their commitment to exceeding customer satisfaction, which is reflected in their high reviews.A month later, I encountered issues with my phone screen repaired by their competitor. Although he initially promised a 3-month warranty, he refused to honor it and accused me of breaking the phone. He even demanded more money than his initial quote. This experience reminded me of Smartfix's advice, "Remember who you do business with." It taught me that price shouldn't be the sole concern.Smartfix has since repaired phones for my friends and family. They offer fair prices, treat you like family, and display exceptional politeness and honesty. If a repair isn't worthwhile, they'll inform you without pressure. They genuinely love their work. In my opinion, Smartfix is the mall's best repair shop, even endorsed by mall staff. Do yourself a favor and choose Smartfix. If competitors badmouth them, it's likely because they are the best. The guys who fixed it for my were Awsome Original the price to fix it was 90$ but they eventually said they would do it for 80$ and give me a screen protector and a warranty for free So I paid them and they fixed it in like 20 min The more AWSOMER thing they did was that I was asking them questions on how they got in the repair business and how would I be able to join one or start one and eventually I asked how they clean the charging port without breaking the speaker (cuz that’s what I did with the phone I have rn cuz I’m dumb) and they showed me and took the phone I have rn and fixed the speaker problem for freeAll around good service and good people!

This place is fantastic. I would give 6 stars if i could. The technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. They even show you how they fix your phone which sets them apart from most places. They are quick and affordable too. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Thank you so much smartfix team!

This guy is amazing!My nokia phone was dead. DEAD. I couldn’t even turn it on or charge it.I went to three separate shops around wheaton and none of them could fix my nokia phone; two of those said they couldn’t fix it because they didn’t know what was wrong with my phone.I thank god that I found this repair shop that was in the same mall as those other incompetent “repair” shops that even have the gulls to charge me for a service I never even got.I will give you a hint, the “repair” shop just before Costo inside the mall adjacent to those massage chairs and across a barber shop; NEVER EVER go into that “repair” shop and you will save yourself some headache and money too.Go to this shop instead. The guy that works here knows what he’s doing. He’s professional and courteous but most importantly he has the skillz with a Z. I have no idea how he did it. I thought it was an SMD component on the motherboard that was damaged or maybe one of the micro capacitors was shorted or something. This wiz kid fixed it on the same day. Other “repair” shops will tell you to come back in two days or that they’ll give you a call in 48 hours.This magician fixed it on the same day. I cannot recommend this repair shop enough. If you have any electronics that need fixing this is your guy and your shop for sure.I certainly won’t be wasting my time with any other repair shops in the future. They have gained a loyal returning customer.

Amazing and fast. The person who fixed my phone quickly found the problem and fixed it. I had gone to a different place where they broke my power button and claimed it wasn’t them but when I came to this place they saw the problem and fixed it for me. I am very grateful.
