“First I want to start off by saying everyone was so kind and made me feel comfortable. I came from a different state bc the state I live in is a no go. Everyone communicated throughout the process when I had questions and concerns. Also funding was available which was a huge help. The doctor asked me if I was okay before being put to sleep which made me comfortable as well.. Thank you guy’s sooo much.. This choice was never easy to make but I’m glad my friend told me about this place.. I was able to catch my flight right after with no complications.. I’d highly recommend!”

“Let me start by saying how quick and easy the check in process was. I arrived early as directed and was taken just before my appointment time. Now, on to the staff. Me Me was my lab technician and she was amazing!!! She had to draw several vials of blood and let me tell you, it was over before I knew it. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Me Me along with the entire staff from her manager down, were professional, efficient and very personable. I had an excellent experience. After reading the reviews, I passed up several LabCorp facilities to make an appointment at this location and they did not disappoint. I only wish all the LabCorp facilities were as efficient and clean and wonderfully managed as the Riverdale location. I met the manager and they need to make her general manager of all the LabCorp facilities in the area so that all of them would be 5 star facilities and managed as well as the Riverdale, MD location. I would refer anyone to this location. Ask for Me Me, she was outstanding!! I would definitely return for future lab work and refer anyone to this location. Huge thanks to Me Me, the manager and the staff!!”

“Phew. I am so thankful for the staff at Labcorp for their exceptional service. I am horrible with bloodwork. I hate needles, blood, etc. I notified the staff I was quite nervous and the phlebotomist that took my blood was very kind and patient with me. The front desk staff tell me again was so helpful, timely and kind during my check in process. I registered online and submitted on my information prior to my appointment which made everything very smooth and easy. The check in process was smooth as well. I had 14!! vials of blood drawn and ended up passing out (pretty bad) and both staff members rushed right in to help me. They made me feel so safe and comfortable and waited for me to come back to, and never made me feel like I needed to rush out of the office. I am so thankful for their kindness. It is so embarrassing to pass out and I’m so grateful for them!! Thank you both!!”

“Had to go here for my 3 hour glucose test and was presently surprised. Quick check-in, friendly and professional staff-the staff made such a difference! The tech who drew my blood was awesome; he had to try a few places because I'm not the easiest stick but he was very good. Even with blood draws in both hands I had NO bruising and that has never been the case! Guy knows what he's doing and was very funny, too. Parking was easy too. Highly recommend.”

“I was there with my grandmother and we were both extremely satisfied with the care we received. Even though, there was a wait time, the staff was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Every person we spoke to treated us with understanding and patience as we had both been in a car accident and had stress in addition to our symptoms. The facilities were clean and we were provided a link to check on the progress of when it would be our turn to be evaluated which gave us peace of mind. From the cashier to the nurse to the doctor, the care we received was a 10/10. I really appreciate the staff as this has not been my usual experience at other urgent care or patient centers.”

“On Saturday my provider and staff tried 8x to get blood from my hard to stick veins. They referred me to Labcorp, they thought they had a veinfinder. They do not I went today and Tricia who I am sure is not only an angel, but the best phlobotomist ever and whose energy matched mines. She found the vein and drew the blood needed! Thank you Babygirl for making my day and keeping me from a hospital visit!”

“This LabCorp took good care of me. I had to remain at the office for three hours and have my blood drawn four times. They were right on time for every time-sensitive draw, and they checked in on me between draws to make sure I was comfortable and feeling okay. The staff and their responsiveness and timeliness are 5 stars, for sure; the waiting room, a little less, as it's not quite amenable for such long visits.”

“I came in because of a strange reaction to a bee sting. Dr. Brody was so kind. He really listened to the details of my experience, and then explained the science of what had happened to me, at just the right level for my curious but not expert brain. He said that I was not at risk of a life threatening reaction next time I might be stung, and I really appreciated his measured explanation of why blood or skin tests might not be that helpful or conclusive. He would have made more money by testing me and then setting me up for allergy shots I might not have actually needed. I trust him now, and will recommend him to anyone wanting an unbiased medical opinion!”

“This place is exactly what I wanted in a COVID testing location. It was easy to book an appointment and understand pricing/services online, the staff was friendly and efficient, there was no wait, and I was out in no time. It's also just a pleasant atmosphere in there.The PCR swab also was not painful and invasive, it was easy and quick. I later brought my toddler in and they had an easy and great experience. (We appreciated the free sticker after the swab!). Results were returned within the time promised. The app is easy to use and navigate. I will be back for future testing needs!”

“Located inside the Safeway, this Quest Diag lab was convenient and the people were excellent. I arrived at opening (7:30 a.m.) without an appointment. One appt went first, and my blood drawn at 7:40. Painless stick. Nice person. My test required waiting for 2 hours, so I got a good look. All customers were seen in 4 mins; two seen in 10 seconds. Yep - sign in and name called before seated. While waiting, other staff checked in with me - to see if I was waiting without being seen. Oh yeah. .. free parking. All excellent.”

“My co-workers and I had been exposed to COVID. Granted this location was offering rapid tests as we needed one to get cleared to return to work. It was hectic. Like most medical offices, this location was understaffed. Totally understandable. I have no complaints in regards to that. However, it was a little packed inside with everyone trying to check in and wait to get tested. I think we spent a little bit over an hour from check in time to getting our test done. The woman who did my test apologized for the wait and said that they were understaffed. I told her not to worry. The turn around results was 1-2 hours which is understandable as well. No complaints honestly just the crowd.”
“After spending 3 hours at another institution and left untreated, I took my wife to Access Now and she was immediately attended to by PA Katarina Juhaszova. PA Katarina was thorough, thoughtful, methodical, sensitive. My wife was suffering from an unusual migraine that induced vomiting and near loss of consciousness. PA Katarina went above & beyond the call. She administered medication that immediately brought relief. But she didn't haphazardly discharge my wife. She observed her and ensured that she was fit to return home. She even did a series of physical exercises to ensure my wife didn't have cognitive impairment. The next day, my wife received a post care call from PA Katarina to ensure her migraine didn't persist and that the vomiting desisted. PA Katarina Juhaszova deserves a gold medal. Her ethic, care and devotion to the job is second to none.”
