“Friendly and professional gentleman at the front desk. Friendly staff, good with kids. Direct. Efficient. Not as busy as other locations. Prefer to go here for children’s lab work over women and children’s hospital. Wait time was less than 15 minutes for a walk in on this day. Self check in was easy and convenient.”
“This Labcorp branch has the highest rating among all the nearby locations. They have a kiosk for check-in, but the receptionist assisted me directly. There were two people ahead of me, but I waited less than ten minutes. The staff member who did the blood test was quick, professional, and friendly enough to make me want to return if I need another test.”

“I never thought I'd write a review for a Labcorp location, but here we are. I am someone to gets bloodwork often, think minimum once a month, usually more. I've had many blood draws here and at doctors offices, and there is no contest. I've been poked and prodded way more at doctors offices by people less experienced at drawing blood, but this Labcorp location gets it on the first time, every time.”

“I can now give this lab five stars. I go here faithfully every three months as prescribed by my doctor's. It's hard drawing blood from me because my veins are just all over the place and hard to get to. I now go there, and nurse Shae has been wonderful and professional. She has no problem with drawing my blood. They used to take it from the back of my hand , which is most of the time more painful than getting it from your arm. Shae ggoesstraight for my arm , and she gets it on one try. Thanks, Shae.
UPDATE: Shae has moved on to somewhere in Waldorf, Maryland.
I now have lab technician Kesha. She is just as awesome as Shae was. Kesha is very friendly, patient, and professional. She, if possible, will not allow another tech to draw blood from me. She knows what I go through, and she helps to alleviate any discomfort that I may experience. Thanks, Kesha!”
“I had a good experience with Farragut Medical & Travel Care. The staff went very efficient and helpful. My appointment went pretty smoothly. Dr. Bergstrom was very kind and attentive. “Hello, I visited Labcorp in Hyattsville a few weeks ago. I have come across three young ladies who are dedicated to their work. Kiya, Crystal and Latrice. Labcorp is fortunate to have three determined young women working at this facility. Their personality is sincere, nice, goofy, personal, etc. Due to their hard work, these three young ladies truly deserve a raise. I will come back to this facility. Additionally, this location requires an additional staff member due to the potential for crowding.”
“First I want to start off by saying everyone was so kind and made me feel comfortable. I came from a different state bc the state I live in is a no go. Everyone communicated throughout the process when I had questions and concerns. Also funding was available which was a huge help. The doctor asked me if I was okay before being put to sleep which made me comfortable as well.. Thank you guy’s sooo much.. This choice was never easy to make but I’m glad my friend told me about this place.. I was able to catch my flight right after with no complications.. I’d highly recommend!”

“Staff was very polite. Keep in mind the hours for Physicians is in fact different and is 9:00am to 2:45pm. Otherwise I have no complaints, great and conveniently located service.”
“Excellent attention! The phlebotomist is excellent, she took my sample and I didn't even realize it, I didn't have an appointment and they took the trouble to assist me because I was there and didn't know that I had to make an appointment. I highly recommend them.”

“I came from another lab that stated they were unable to do my test because the order was confusing. This phlebotomist took extra time took look up all 8 tests to verify Quest could perform them. She then took extra time to look up physician's address to make sure results got to her. I was very grateful for all her help.”

“The reviews made me nervous but this place is only a couple of blocks from the office, so I went anyway. It was very quick and convenient, including a very easy electronic checkin system. I was in and out in under 10 minutes despite a full waiting room. The blood draw itself was pretty painless and efficient. Would gladly come back for future needs.”

“Visited this health facility for the first time and was shocked at how efficient the staff was. The check in was fast and smooth, front desk staff super friendly at 7 am. “I went for my lab work today, and I believe my phlebotomist said her name was Patrice. She was running the desk expertly, while also doing the blood draws. She was kind, friendly, reassuring, and down to earth. Best of all, I'm usually a tremendously difficult stick, and she got it on the first try (painlessly). The facility is clean and there was no wait (although I did schedule an appointment). Great experience!!”
“Walked in without appointment at 7:35 am on a Thursday. About 5 other people in the waiting room. My Dr. already sent the order in ahead of time. I was seen and out the door at 7:50 am. Very organized person helped me. Clear instructions. Calm and kind. Quickly found my vein.”
“I went in for regular lab work. The staff are nice, kind, and professional, but the user experience with Labcorp’s supposed “quick checkin” is not quick at all aver all around horrible. Every time the past year it hasn’t worked. What use is the tech if it does not accomplish what it’s advertised to do?”
