Good luck getting in contact with the office. Never open on time. No call back after several calls. Calls always get forwarded to customer service.
Update: he clearly doesn’t read these reviews as he is still sending me letters to come back to State Farm. You are trash.

If I could give them negative stars I would. After calling multiple times during normal business hours I’m unable to get a hold of them. To be honest I don’t think anyone works here…. It seems like a scam operation.
Hilariously even the State Farm customer service has no idea where they are and told me “they are in a meeting”. Is that how you run a business? PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE.

Do not pick this person as your agency for state farm. James Mensah does not answer to your emails or calls. I left more than five voicemails and even had a customer rep leave a note to him and still did not respond back. You are better off picking a different agency.

After the pandemic I was trying to contact someone at the office or by telephone call but nobody answered or calling back is totally unacceptable

I have called on many occasions and they do not answer. I call the central office. They leave messages to call me at a specific time and they still do not return my call.
