“I don't even bank here but I was impressed by my visit I had to review. I was in desperate need for quarters for my apt's coin laundry in the basement down in Glover Park. I work out in Rockville and bank with a credit union with limited locations and hours so I was weighing my options for quick quarters so I can have clean laundry less than 24 hours before an international flight. When I arrive I was promptly greeted by two ladies who directed me to their business window. Predictably there was a long wait with it being a Friday compounded by the fact it was the weekend before the holidays. When I got to the window I asked to change 40 into quarters. Cindy asked me if I was a member. I said no fully expecting a finance charge. instead she gave me my quarters and mentioned that they do 20 fee free as a courtesy for non members but since I waited in line she obliged and gave me all the quarters I wanted. I wish that Wells Fargo as an entity matched the level of service of their own branch employees which would compel me to bank with them. U”

“Edwin has been my insurance agent for about 4 months now and I am amazed at all the help he has given me. Reasons to select him as your insurance agent:1. Promptness and attention to detail. I also contacted another local Farmer's agent and had some difficulty reaching them by phone. I needed to set up insurance around the Thanksgiving break and Edwin got back to me right away and I was able to pay for our auto/home/umbrella policy over the phone. 2. Understands the system. I have a PhD and most people would consider me a smart person, but I do not understand insurance. Edwin very patiently explained all the details of the different limits to me. 3. Problem solver. Due to some confusion in the Farmer's system, I received a refund that I did not ask for. This is called PNC Bank . This place has a huge parkoing area surrounding rhe entire bank . It has only one front entrance facing the street to go into it . Inside has 6-8 Window tellers and Three management desks and the main office for the General managers that are made by appointments only . They used to have the Coffee and doughbuts there every frieday and saturdays But they stopped it months ago with no explanation ., When I thought it shpould make the customer feel more welcomeand at home there on its businest peeks . This place also has a Back Entrance too and a Empluee room and nabkk Vault tahis heavily with security . It has three drivethrough places on the left had side of the bank area for peope who do not go there that often to do business and are in a rush . The Window tellers and drive through tellers and managaement desks are The best Rockville ,Maryland has to offer you all there . They are Attentive , Prompt , Hard Working , Considerate , Helpful , Knowledgable , Engaging , Dedicated , Hospitable , And Freindly . I know thuings haven't been thesame in a evry long time because of the pandemic we all face in this day and agethat has put people on edge .Its Ruined Our Livelyhoods, Our freedoms , Our Civil Liberties , Bueinesses We Love To Do Business At And Have Fun At , It's Tuined our Ways Of Life , And Our Sanities . because we are all being run on Paranoia , Fear , Terror , Ignornace , and Hatred , And Division . “I don't have a personal account, but am here often for work. I'd say I'm here at least three times a month, so it's almost abysmal that it took me this long to write a review. Jonathan and Sylvia and Vernon make this place a joy to visit each time I'm here. Deposits are quick and friendly, and there's always coffee (from a coffee machine). One thing to note; this branch is currently being renovated to include iPads and things of the like, so you have to go into offices to do any transactions. This slows it down a bit, but the service you receive after your brief wait is still above par.”

All of my previous interactions with this firm have been online or by telephone; this is the first time I have needed personal assistance, which speaks well for the organization. I was pleased to discover that is an easily found, convenient location with parking validation. There is the 24 hour ATM on the 14 th street side of the building. The service is great! Although one employee there at the desk can be rude. Beyza the manager is outstanding. Lara, made sure she took the time to introduce & explain the different options that would be beneficial to my long term saving goals & was not busy at all. I explained to her my issue regarding a service fee, which she was kindly able to reverse after hearing me out. Fatima was friendly, professional, prompt, and helpful. They do not state that they are PNC customers or that they have ever done business with this brach for anything else. I have been a customer here for 20+ years, I have three bank accounts, our mortgage, my business account, a home equity line of credit, and have financed two cars with them. I have never received anything but professional service. The staff is courteous and friendly and they always have time to address any issue I have had, no matter how big or small. I recommend the Adams Morgan branch without reserve, when you sit down with any of their representatives you will be treated with respect and like a human.”

We only had one day in town, and she stayed past hours working with the Estate Care team to get our problem resolved. She is a true asset to Wells Fargo, and I'd highly recommend this branch.
