This location never has anything. Their stock for some reason is always empty with the products badly organized. I can’t find anything from shampoos, sunblocks, to even some proteins or vitamins

In this store the employees are petulant, you ask them for help and they say that you are asking for what you are doing, starting with the manager, there are never any laundry supplies

Store associates don’t know how to process coupons or checks that all other CVS stores in the area take on a regular basis. After driving to multiple different cvs stores to locate a specific baby formula, this location had one left. Unfortunately, no one knew how to enter my enfamil coupon with clear instructions on it. I even suggested calling another location that has taken this same coupon multiple times for help. Instead the store manager Juan, & another guy on the phone told them to tell us CVS no longer takes these coupons…. Even though we just used it 3 days prior.

I was trying to return a item here and the manger Juan pretended my receipt was not working and was extremely unprofessional when I asked questions about it and as I kept asking he told me I have the right to not refund people of my choosing I later called the cvs customer service number and they said I could return my item at another cvs location which I did with no problems but the fact that this manager was willing to insult me and his refusal to abide by cvs return policy’s in this manner is extremely concerning

Cvs sales person or manager called juan at the cvs store in Aspen Hill Connecticut ave at today’s date 3/16/2024 was very unprofessional rude and lack of customer service I was at the self check out service trying to pay for my stuff ,after I finished scanning my items I tried to apply some of the coupons and everything went trough except one coupon it didn’t not so I requested some assistance, and he was not willing to assist me he ignored me for a minute than he came by and tried with the coupon and he said no this coupon doesn’t apply here and he took the item back from me so rudely and he walked away I kept asking him why what’s the reason , he said I don’t know but he was definitely rude mean unprofessional and disrespectful , so anyway I went to the shelf and I picked up the same item and took to the cashier and scanned the item and the coupon and everything went through without no problem. And when I went to him and showed him the receipt and I told him that the coupon was good and his coworker applied it with no problem he walked away from me like he never cared. Never go back to that store no more.

The CVS worker by the name of KEBRA, is by far the most disrespectful and nastiest employee in this region & specifically the Aspen Hill Shopping Center location… store #1485…. This morning I entered the store to look for several items & noticed a woman sitting on a small stool & it looked like she was stocking some small items such as lipstick… I asked her to please help with obtaining some items in one of the isles… she first ignored me… I asked her for help a second time & she ignored me again… she finally responded with a very condescending response & unprofessional to say the least… she yelled at me & said go to the front counter and have them help me… When I asked her what her name was, she eradically jumped up & went to the front counter…. She continued to refuse giving me her name or identify herself… This store is notoriously the worst in Customer Service… Mrs. KEBRA, leads the pack in setting the worst example as a 20year plus CVS Employee & her actions and disrespectful behavior, are tolerated by CVS Senior Leadership… One woman Customer who also witnessed her disrespectful conduct, stated that she too, is constantly disrespected by Mrs. KEBRA while at this CVS store… How long will patronizing Customers have to tolerate the behavior of this CVS employee… Tragically, there are typically never responses from CVS Corporate Leadership interested in addressing any of there patronizing customers, which says allot for the company itself… People choose to do business with this company because of the name, that has carried a long history in the pharmaceutical and daily essentials of most people, but the basic Customer Service needs of patrons, has lacked true genuine experiences, for years… The atmosphere at this Aspen Hill store, is dispicable to say the least, and the stores leadership that tolerates employees such as Mrs. Kebra, to continue to be employed and verbalize and act on, her unprofessional and haughty behavior… CVS ought to be ashamed of themselves for tolerating such behavior from their employees, and knowingly do nothing about it… This employee also knows, that her Employer does nothing about her behavior & exercises any consequences or repercussions for her disgusting conduct, and can continue to come to work and get away with continuing to treat customers the way she does…

Tried to pick up pictures I printed two days in the row. Same lady at the front both days and she was rude and so unhelpful. She barely looked at the pictures and said they were not ready even though I got the text saying it was ready. I asked her if she can check again and she refused. Terrible customer service.

This has got to be one of THE WORST pharmacies I’ve ever been to. The line is never less than 8 people deep, even in the middle of the day, and in the evenings? Forget about it! They are rude, couldn’t care less about helping you get your medication filled timely, and leave you on hold forever if you try to call. The actual store has everything locked up due to theft and no employees around to help you get anything. Avoid at all costs.
