Bessi was very rude. They do not answer the phone at this location. I called 6-7 times. Bessi needs to learn customer service because I have never had such a rude experience at this location. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Their photo system does not work!! And it's not the cleanest or well stocked store. I would avoid this store at all cost!

My doctor sent a prescription to the CVS pharmacy store #1485, located at 13729 Connecticut Avenue in Aspen Hill Maryland on 2/6/2023, and the pharmacy said "Your insurance requires approvalWe've reached out to your prescriber, which may take a few days."It just makes no sense that if the doctor had not approved the medication the doctor would not have sent the prescription to the pharmacy, and the pharmacy kept telling me that they have reached out my prescriber, which may take a few days.This has happened before many times, I wonder if this pharmacy has some kind of management problems.

This was not a good experience. When I walked in I saw no carts or hand baskets. It took me a while to find an employee and when I did I asked if they had any way to hold items and they said "no" and walked away. I knew it'd be shopping for quite a few items so this annoyed me. The store is also not laid out right. The shampoo is far away from the body wash aisle. It makes no sense. Typically, I like CVS but I would not return to this location.

There's having rules and policies and then there is just being idiotic in following them even when it makes no sense at all. Went in today to get my booster and was told they only do walkins after 11am and they were booked. I started to leave, but then noticed there were zero people waiting and the guy giving vaccines was just standing there with his hands in his pocket. I pointed that out to the pharmacy worker and she insisted now that was just their policy. I asked for clarity that they would rather him stand there than put a shot in an arm and she just reiterated the same. Stuff like this rarely makes sense but to miss a chance to get a shot in the arm during a pandemic is particularly idiotic.

This is a very convenient CVS for me. It is just a few shops down from the Five Below store and in the middle of the same shopping plaza as the Giant grocery store. There are plenty of parking spaces in this shopping plaza. This store is like any of the other CVS stores near me with 2 self checkout stations just to the right of the door upon entering. I use them most of the time. I like to have a quick & easy exit once I've found what I need. My extra care coupons and bucks on my cvs.com account have been taken off the total bill automatically once the pay button has been selected. Scanning the paper versions of these when necessary has also been easy. I usually shop here only when there's a good sale price on something or if I have really good coupons and extra care bucks. The prices at CVS tend to be higher than what I'd pay at a Target store for the same health, beauty, snack & grocery items. The employees that I have interacted with and observed have been helpful, efficient & friendly. As CVS corporate is closing down the CVS store closest to my home in December I will have to choose a new CVS pharmacy location to get my medicine refilled at. This store would be a very acceptable choice. I do have a suggestion that would help convince me to do so. I am looking for a store that I can regularly buy a bag of Take Five fun size candy bars! I visited the Aspen Hill CVS at Connecticut Ave. today and I received such bad service! The cashier name James was very rude. I first noticed when I heard him being rude to the customer in-front of us. The way he talks to customers should not be allowed. If you are unhappy with your job then find another one that you like don't just be there looking miserable and taking your anger out on customers. He didn't even offered me a bag or asked me if I wanted one for something I purchased that was intimate but yet he clearly didn't care he just wanted us out of there. Thanks but no thanks for your "customer service" James.

After walking around for about 10 minutes in this CVS I was unable to find what I was looking for let alone any staff on the floor to assist me. I got in line and asked the girl with the hijab at the register if she knew where I could find it, she rolled her eyes and told me "it's in one of the isles, ask someone that's walking around" I told her I've walked around the store three times and haven't found what I was looking for or any workers, she told me "there is someone there". The lines here are still trash, her service was terrible. I will not be coming back because of her.
