On multiple occasions this CVS location has refused to fill my albuterol rescue inhaler because they say it is not covered by my insurance. They routinely have said that they will not fill it despite it being a rescue inhaler. I have been out of this medication for over 2 weeks. At this point I am going to try my luck with not having this medication until I move to an area with competent healthcare providers.

This CVS pharmacy department is a disgrace to my community. They close the pharmacy before closing hours, they refuse to fill RX’s 15 mins before closing time, they closed the drive thru during covid, and the staff there are the most disrespectful i’ve ever encountered with any pharmacy i’ve ever been to. That speaks volumes as someone who grew up in NYC.I filled 3 formal complaints within the last 3 years. My most recent complaint which happened this month. The lady at the drive thru window greeted me by yelling and screaming “Can’t you read?” and proceeded to be nasty to after I told her she is supposed to be professional. That’s absolutely unacceptable! I immediately made a complaint by phone and was told that the regional manager would contact me and I would receive $10 reward bucks.—UPDATE 3/28/24—It’s been about a week and nothing has happened. No callback and no reward bucks. Today, I went back thru the drive-thru for another Rx. Sadly, just like a few days ago, The drive-thru was closed with a sign mentioning the pharmacy is understaffed and you must go inside to pickup your prescription. I did not go inside. My anxiety limits me from in-store experiences. Now i’m leaving without my RX’s.—UPDATE 3/30/24—I attempted to pick up my RX again today. The drive-thru window was closed at 1:21pm even though the lunch hours are 1:30pm-2:00pm. There was no sign with any details. This situation is common now. This location loves closing the window before they should. Today is another day I am unable to pick up my RX. I took photos of the window, the basket on the ground and the sign turned over. This CVS location looks as mess and they act a mess. I hate that this is my local pharmacy! I made another complaint today before 1:30 pm. The corporate offices need to do something about this poorly ran pharmacy in my community. Nobody should have to deal with this service. I can only imagine someone who needs more assistance than me having to deal with this. It breaks my heart.

This cvs pharmacy staff have some bad attitudes, they have bad service, don’t even explain well and get annoyed when asked questions, I use a good tone , and I don’t like complaining, but this time is different, this white lady and black lady have bad attitude, like if they don’t like doing there jobs bad customer service.

Have used this pharmacy several times as they have a drive thru pick up window. It’s always a looong wait, but today they initially refused to fill an antibiotic for my son because “we’re so busy” and they were telling everyone to come back on Monday??? No. Just NO. The pharmacist intervened and they got us the medication, but we have to come back in two days for the other we also need. Unbelievable.

Over Thanksgiving break CVS was short staffed. The manager took upon himself to substitute for each person who failed to show up for work. He was also working alone at the check out 2 days ago when I came in for my Covid Booster. This young man was beyond courteous and competent.Could CVS offer a bonus to staff working holidays?

The pharmacy team at this CVS always goes above end beyond to take care of my and my family’s needs. As a first responder I rely on them greatly and they always come through! Highly recommend!

Worst pharmacy ever. I don't know why they even have a drive-thru. It's either closed inexplicably, or when you do try to use it you wait for 30+ minutes for someone to respond to the window so you can just pick up your prescription.

I've had several awful experiences here. Most recently, they didn't order my medication, claimed they did, and I've been without medication for over a week now. The most frustrating part is I discussed the medication prior to requesting that it he filled, allowing them to order it well ahead of the time I would need it.
