Went in to purchase a phone. The employee (Veronica) was very helpful and knowledgeable. She is bilingual which was extremely helpful since the phone was for my mother in law who doesn’t speak very much English. The store was very clean and social distancing was enforced. Thank you!!

I never had any problems with this store, but today they lost me as a customer! I was coming to upgrade my broken phone and the lady Oski was only trying to sell me the most expensive phone after continuously telling her that it was over my budget. I gave her my older phone to help me transfer my contacts and she gave the phone back to me and told me she does not do that and to wait for the next employee to do it for me. I asked why she couldn’t do it and she said it’s not her job. I decided to not even bother and walked out. I came to this store numerous times and all the employees were so vibrant and willing to help me even with things not phone related. Unfortunately I came at the wrong time. They need to hire better workers or give the good ones more hours.

Can’t thank Lilyy enough on helping me apply for a program that’s helped my bill be 5 dollars a month. All the workers here are so polite and patient with all my questions and even let me call the store for any questions about my new phone i don’t understand. Very refreshing to have the youth be so helpful

Be careful think twice before going to that place bad customer service rude manager and other employees are sleeping while at work this is the worst place I have ever been to I will not return they're liars and add service without telling you that place is horrible thumbs down
