Appointments mean nothing cause they're understaffed, still took a little over 2 hours. They did a good job though and were very professional.

It is nearly impossible to reach these people. I don’t blame the employees. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. They are just chronically understaffed. I dread calling them because I usually have to wait a half hour before someone finally answers.

I went to change the tires on my car but they only serve by appointment, that's not good, bad service.
