They don't sell you sim cards individually to use on your phone. They want you to buy the sim kit from them and activate it themself so they can charge you more. Just the sim kit is under 10$ but they want to charge 50$ when I can activate the phone myself.

In short, Today at 11.00 am I been this store 2nd time, worst customer service with worst attitude, I ask for sim card she took my info and that cost 10.65 something, I am coming from so far in that store she said rudely that she dont have change, I have 10 bucks, I told her to take 10 if she dont have change for 20, She said no to me only for 65 cents, Its not my fault if she dont have change, In mean any one can adjust 65 cents ones in while for one dollar sim card.My main issue is custumer service, May be people used to it but I am not.Guys never go there in morning, they ruin your all day.....

Pukar is the best!!! He was so helpful,Polite,knowledgeable and patient. On a scale of 1to10, I would give him 11. He solved my problem and go above and beyond to transfer my information for one phone to another.
