Friendly tech support. He even checked around to other Best Buy's for the item I needed. I found my item at the other Best Buy. Now that is "Customer Service" for ya!

Gabriel of the Geek Squad fixed my computer. He went above and beyond to help me. We thought there was no recovery of my information but he kept at it and came through! He is the best!

Worst experience ever I order a part to be delivered and was canceled the next day and didn’t even give me a notification. Been trying to call to see why it was canceled and to have it delivered but kept getting transferred to departments some of them even notice a pattern of being transferred to the same department over and over again like from customer service to primary care services departments and so on I even had been hung up on. This company scams people and no one knows what hell they are doing.

I really tried to give this Best Buy a chance.
I’ve made about 3 different trips here and it really is hard to get anyone to help you when you’re ready to purchase an item. It’s in a great location but the service/assistance is non-existent. I’ve been to Best Buys all over the country and enjoy the experience because someone can instantly help you when you’re ready to purchase. This Best Buy location is not the place. Do not recommend.

It's best buy, we've all been there. Kinda difficult to get in and out of from the main road, much better on the side road. Staff was extremely mediocre.

I stopped shopping at Best Buy because of this store; and with so many superior online and IRL competitors, I suggest you do too!
I went online and did a bit of research before purchasing the best Bluetooth speaker I could find at the price point I wanted. When I received the speaker, it was immediately clear that speaker was too small for its intended purpose. I decided to visit the store to ask for some help finding a more suitable speaker... HUGE MISTAKE. I clearly articulated to the young man what I needed: room size as well as functionalities required, desired, and not-needed. The sales associate was not able to assist me in finding a suitable speaker. Instead, he seemed to get excited by his favorite brand a sold me something that was absolutely wrong for me. When I returned the item, a Returns Associate openly mocked me for the troubles I was having (LOL'ed IRL; not cool, especially from a 70-year old). Besides being mocked and not finding a suitable product, I wasted hours going back-and-forth to a store where I had to deal with unhelpful associates.
When searching for an appliance there are a TON of options! A ton of brands. A ton of features. A ton of questions. Use the internet to find the best item for your needs, and then shop the internet to find the best price. DON'T SHOP AT BEST BUY, YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED (AND YOU'LL PAY TOO MUCH FOR THE PRIVLEDGE).

Worst store ever I made a order online on the website read it should be ready in 1 hour time went by when I got there I couldn’t pick it up, because I had to wait for them to process the order. Don’t waste your money in this store.

I went in for a new Google casting device. First time at this location. My first helper didn't have the answers, but found the right service member who did, instead of wasting my time seeking a sale for himself. New guy had a plethora of information on pricing, features, my TV brand, ect.; and was very cordial, listened to my questions and saved me $25.00. Parking is ample, as is floor staff. My only gripe is that returns and sales are the same line, and sometimes returns can be complicated. I only waited a few minutes, though. Solid business, focused on the right client concerns.
