I called best buy in Wheaton because other stores said they were the only one who had the laptop I wanted to purchase. I asked if they cold hold it I'll be there in an hr or 2. I make my payment over the phone. Mind you I live am hr from Wheaton. I get to the store for them to say it's not ready. WHAT???? Not ready???? dude on the phone didn't tell me anything about having to wait check my email after payment didn't give me a confirmation number nothing. I should have taken my chances not paying first to put on hold for me. I won't do that again with best buy. Not a good experience!

Just spent over $600 here on things I needed. Yet they can’t trust you to give you a code for the bathroom with two kids who need to pee. Why? Safety concerns. I had to ask two separate employees to let us in the bathroom because they have to escort you to the restroom and let you in themselves - even though there is a keypad on the doors with a passcode. The employee said it’s due to “safety concerns” because people steal things from the bathroom like soap. Common sense not here with whomever manages this store.

What a bad experience!
I wanted to exchange a faulty printer I bought on lease together with other items. I was not able to exchange, nor buy a new one again on cash this time checked for the same fault I experienced on the returned printer.
Why do customer service staff do what they want not what you asked for.

Had an appointment for 12 pm with Geek Squad. Arrived 5 minutes early as told in the email. Tried calling the number per email instructions for 10-15 minutes. It would either not recognize my name or no one would pick up. Found the entrance to Geek Squad at ~12:11 pm. Explained the situation, showed the email instructions and the call history on my phone. The person working there had no compassion nor interest in my explanations. Canceled my appointment despite my explanations. I drove 20 minutes to this Best Buy to have the work done today. It was important to me. Obviously, the team member couldn’t care any less. Will never be coming back to this store.

I was to receive a new TV shipment from my warranty company that was stolen upon delivery. After dealing with the warranty folks and the delivery company, I was told to talk to Best Buy to setup up delivery. When we went to the store, details were still confused. We finally got help from the store manager, who was able to find the paper trail and work things out. In the end, she arranged for another TV to be sent out. Funny thing, the TV was delivered the next evening. When we asked about the doorbell cameras, she was able to supply all the details. We bought the Ring system. We are so thankful for her and her staff's help !! That was the Best experience we ever had in a long time. I would recommend this store to anyone !! 😀👍

Gabriel of the Geek Squad fixed my computer. He went above and beyond to help me. We thought there was no recovery of my information but he kept at it and came through! He is the best!
