“I went to Han’s to get my rear bumper fixed after a small collision. They were quick with providing a detailed estimate, upfront, and honest throughout the entire process. I received multiple emails with images of my car before, during, and after the work was complete, and it was done in only 2.5 days. As someone who commutes to work anywhere from 100-200 miles a day and drives a mustang, it was important to me that my car’s color match be perfect and that the work be done in a timely fashion. “Friendly and knowledgeable staff, with good service and good prices, and no pressure towards services you don't need. When I got a flat, they quickly and inexpensively plugged a tire that was fixable when they easily could have tried to sell me a new one. Thousands of miles later, when it was time to replace the set, they had top-rated Michelins in-stock at a reasonable price, and they were able to do an oil change along with the tire installation and alignment. This is a not just a good neighborhood tire place—it's also my new go-to for other auto maintenance like oil changes.”

She was easy to communicate and handled everything with the insurance. After some hidden damages were found, she filed additional claim and processed it without much of involvement.
