“This is an absolutely gorgeous space to see the work of talented local artists. There are often 2 exhibits at a time and during the opening receptions the artists mingle amongst the guests to talk about their work and the creative process. There is also a lively shop where you can purchase unique pieces from featured and past exhibitors.”

3423 14th St NW suite 3, Washington“It was my first time getting tattooed at this shop and it was an overall great experience. The environment is professional and fun to be around. I got tattooed by Maria and she did an amazing job, not just with the tattoo itself but with her communication skills and attentiveness. I would definitely come back!”
10AM - 6PM
524 Rhode Island Ave NE, Washington“Excellent way to present the life and works of this talented and interesting artist. I learned a lot about him, in a highly engaging way. And I loved how the interactive experience allowed us to go inside his paintings and really feel them using all of our senses.I just wish the tickets were more affordable! Paying almost $150 for a couple to spend one hour at the museum (including VR) is overpriced.”
“The store is clean and well decorated. They offer a lot of Japanese hand made tableware. And many kimonos and clothing from Japan. The owner is friendly and helpful.”
“You can always find what you're looking for at Weisser--supplies, classes, ideas and even gifts. The employees are willing to share their wealth of knowledge, offer guidance if you have a question, and are just fun people!”
8:30AM - 5PM
603 Edmonston Dr, Rockville“The place is incredible on the outside, we did not enter the place. We were taking some photos and suddenly a very angry lady came out, we didn't know why? , she opened the door, shouted something and entered again, knocking down the door... We did a photo shoot there, we're sorry if it's not allowed.”
“A great selection of cards, paper, and other gifts made by local artists. I haven't taken any of the classes, but if you are into crafts and art it seems to offer amazing skills and equipment.”

The venue's attention to detail and flexibility make it a dream to work with, ensuring every moment is captured beautifully. From the picturesque surroundings to the impeccable service, VisArts Rockville consistently exceeds expectations, making it a top choice for couples seeking a memorable wedding experience. 10AM - 7PM
4745 Lee Hwy, Arlington“Absolutely fabulous experience. Brought in an old, beaten-up frame and a high-res picture file -- George printed a beautiful giclée on canvas and framers put it together seamlessly. After a negative experience at another print shop where they condescendingly and incorrectly told me they couldn't make this piece happen, KH brought it to life. Thank you!!!!!”
6:30AM - 8PM
1627 Connecticut Ave NW, Washington“I took my first ever reformer class with Zaina at Toolbox and I was super nervous to try the equipment and try something new. She clearly explained and guided us through the class. I will be back!”
“This place does a very high quality job. I've had literally dozens of things framed here and have always been satisfied with the results. Mary is excellent in guiding you through some recommendations. They are not the cheapest in town, but I think they are the best quality.highly recommend them.”
9:30AM - 5PM
1625 K St NW, Washington“I'd like to add another well-deserved five star review for International Art Gallery and Custom Framing. I recently brought in my own frame (purchased used and with another print already inside) and a print that I wished to have installed and custom matted for that frame, and we received excellent attention and advice on the best way to make the print fit and how best to accommodate it with a new mat. The proportions of the new print and the old frame were close but not a perfect match and so I knew some compromises would be required, and the owner (I think it was - I'm sorry we didn't get your name!) walked us through the various possibilities, pros and cons of what I wished to do.The end result is perfect, the compromises so minimal that I don't even remember what they were, and he even made some cosmetic touch ups to the used frame which had a scuff here and there. Our living room now looks that much better with our print framed and looking great, and we'll certainly be back as we continue slowly outfitting our house with artwork. I can highly recommend you visit International Art Gallery and Custom Framing and have them handle any framing work!”
“Art and Frame Depot in Gaithersburg MD provided outstanding service in framing a Chinese scroll for my daughter. The creativity and attention to detail in the design of the frame, as well as the quality of the glass used, exceeded my expectations. I was impressed with the care taken to ensure the longevity of the scroll by placing it in a shadow frame box. Highly recommended!”
10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
3700 Otis St, Mt Rainier“5 stars because it's a great place amidst a community of wonderful fine artists and I'm not just saying that because the owner is a friend of mine...okay, maybe a little bit.”
“An amazing use of space in an abandoned old trolley station. It's currently a work in progress and only a portion of it is open, but it's worth checking out. It has so much potential! I can't wait to see the finished product!”
10:00 AM - 9:30 PM
1234 Ingleside Ave, McLean“A wonderful space in the McLean Community Center dedicated to fine art. We recently visited when they were showing large pieces by four women artists that were (largely) made of wood.”
“What a surprise to visit an intimate theater (4-5 rows of theater seating) that puts you right there within the performance… We saw Niagara which was an outstanding time… Highly recommended!”
“Attended a celebration for this artist's book compiled as a series of zines. Gallery lovely with wide open space to view art by Sam Gilliam and other notables on their walls.”
“What a great team! They did a custom canvas job for me and I couldn't be happier! Reasonably priced, great communication, professional staff, and delivered on time. I highly recommend Bethesda Custom Framing!!!”
“Both cookbooks by Marcella are staples in my kitchen, and her shop is a go-to for all types of inspiring gifts. Her artistry is intentional and she offers a wide variety of ways to enjoy her illustrations. If you're in the DC area, sign up for a watercolor & cocktail workshop. It was one of the funnest experiences!”
“I was unpacking some boxes and found this beautiful 3D piece they made for me 14 years ago! It’s still as beautiful as they day I received it in 2008! I was so happy to see One of A Kind is still thriving! They are truly as the name One of a kind!”
“The tattoo artist was very patient, professional and understanding. Had a pretty good conversation with him. The tattoo I got was on my upper arm and it kinda tickled rather than hurt. If live in the DMV or visiting while you’re willing to get a tattoo, that’s the place to go I promise it’s worth it. It’s pretty affordable depending on what you get.”
10AM - 4PM
11810 Parklawn Dr Suite 210, Rockville“Stable Arts is one of the best things going in DC for artist. I love it's location in Eckington and I encourage everyone to contribute and check out their public events.”
“I believe this is where my art collecting life began. From the moment I stepped into Adah Rose Gallery many years ago, I was instantly mesmerized. The space is loaded with everything from the whimsical, minimal, sublime, sculpture, 3D, pencil, watercolor, acrylic, collage, and everything in between. I find most of the prices reasonable for the stunning works of fine art. Adah Rose is a gem and incredibly helpful and enthusiastic about the artists she represents. She is also sincere and down to earth which is a special combination to find at a fine art gallery. If you are just beginning your art collection or are a serious collector there is something here for everyone. You will not be disappointed.”
“We have now had several large photographs framed at Artistic Custom Framing. We were given good advice about the design of the frames and matting. The results were excellent -- the framing complements the photographs and enhances their presentation. The price is fair, and the service is prompt.”
