This is a much belated review. Several years ago Dave, Mo and crew at All Eco Design Center did a fabulous job renovating our kitchen, three bathrooms, and two porch areas. I highly recommend them; their workmanship is of the highest quality. The advice given at All Eco Design Center was excellent; the staff is very knowledgeable. During the project and after completion of the work the communication has been great. A true test of a renovation is how the fixtures, appliances, cabinets, tiles and flooring hold up over the years. Our project has stood the test of time beautifully. We are very pleased with our renovation.

My experience from working on my design with Oksana to Dave, Yuri and the rest of the crew has been a pleasure. I used All-Eco for a full kitchen remodel - floors, cabinets, countertops, appliances, painting, etc. They transitioned my stove from gas to induction, relocated the sink and dishwasher in a way that created more space, and put in both overhead and under cabinet lighting. With the exception of one bad electric part (that they came and repaired on a Sunday!), the process has gone smoothly and was nearly finished in the very tight time frame I requested. For most of the work, they use their own employees almost exclusively and their crew takes great care in both performing their work and leaving a clean house. I'd work with them again without a second thought.

Several years ago, we had All Eco Design Center renovate a small bathroom, and we were pleased with the process and result. So, we felt comfortable coming back to All Eco for a large renovation project. The entire team at All Eco are a delight to work with, open and friendly, professional and helpful.
Our 1961 Mid-Century Modern house still had the original kitchen cabinets, the original (pink!) tile in one bathroom, an unfinished laundry room with a tangle of plumbing up at the ceiling, and a screen porch that was becoming dilapidated. For this project, All Eco updated the kitchen, a full bath and a half bath, turned the screen porch into a sunroom, finished the laundry room, updated the plumbing, encapsulated the crawl space, installed recessed lighting and re-finished the existing oak floors. There was only one room in our home that was not touched by the renovation.
We took our time with the design process, having some definite ideas about what we wanted. Working with their designer was fun and informative. She was always enthusiastic and patiently helped us find choices to make our ideas work. We were comfortable with paying a fair price for quality materials, but All Eco would point out that some choices might not be worth the expense to us (such as needing to purchase an entire slab of an expensive countertop when we’d use only a small portion of it for the bathroom vanity).
Construction started on schedule and the team was courteous, responsive and responsible and was led by a skilled and efficient project lead/manager. There were a few glitches, something to be expected with a large project. Most notably the trim tile in the full bath needed to be redone, but All Eco corrected it to our satisfaction in a timely manner. They paid attention to detail and finished everything that we asked for with fine craftsmanship.
The project did run over schedule by about three weeks which was primarily because of extra items added to the scope during the project and waiting for the manufacture of a custom window for the sunroom. We’re very pleased with the results, the renovation accomplished everything we had hoped for and we’re enjoying our “new” home.

My house was built in 1937. I contracted with AllEco to renovate my basement so I could rent it as an AirBnB ... 5 years ago! They did such a great job and it is STILL beautiful. Back then, I was worried about sound but I didn't have to be - the insulation they put in the ceiling works wonders. My tenants rarely hear anything from me and vice versa. Also, recently I discovered a gas leak in my old pipes and contacted David - he immediately sent his team out and fixed it - again, beautifully! And I decided to screen my outdoor stairwell - again, beautifully done! (I thought they could just slap some screening up but no, they made a work of art!). David is a wonderful human being and the quality of his team is top notch. All Eco does great work - super professional with such integrity. Don't hesitate to contract with them.

Working with Dave, Oksana, and Yuri at All Eco is a pleasure, and once you have completed a project with them you really do feel like part of the "All Eco Family." We have had two bathrooms renovated, and hardwood floors installed in the entire upstairs. The results are outstanding and we could not be happier with the transformation. Their showroom is beautiful and well-appointed, showcasing modern and eco-friendly kitchens and bathrooms. Dave and Oksana will walk you through every step in the process, from initial ideas to project completion. Yuri oversees the project on-site, ensuring as little disruption as possible to the rest of your home during construction. Thank you All Eco!

outstanding! Mr Dave & his teams were always responsive to questions or concerns, have a large selection of tiles etc, & a pleasure to work with as I renovated the lower floor or my house--they coordinated well with my waterproofers for an excellent result!

Decided to redesign my kitchen and two bathrooms with a budget of $115,000. The designer ensured me the project could be done under budget and completed in less than two months. 5 months and $135,000 later, she tells me they would need another $25,000 “to realize my dream.” She explained that the “under-budget” quote of $105,000 was if I had paid cash, not utilized a wire transfer. I don’t know what type of evasion scheme this is, but I have already wasted so much time and money with these people that I feel compelled to finish with them. My husband keeps demanding we utilize a regular contractor. Make sure you read the fine print.

The design of our kitchen, made and installed by All Eco, Is nothing short of spectacular. The ideas and suggestions were translated into an amazing, precise and useable computer layout. That resulted in a, not only beautiful, but practical kitchen. It started out as an outdated and rather ugly part of a fixer-upper condo and ended up as something we enjoy every day. Many thanks to Dave, Oksana, Uri and his staff of pleasant and accommodating workers. You can’t pick a better designer.

All-Eco did a fantastic job in remodeling the kitchen in our 120-year-old house. I wanted better lighting, greater functionality, and an updated look that wouldn’t appear odd among older features in the space. Oksana and Dave listened carefully, offered beautiful design options, and made adjustments and corrections when necessary. Their crew was also responsive and took great care to work efficiently. The kitchen was finished on time and on budget. I heartily recommend All-Eco Design Center.

Extremely professional workmanship, custom design to include accessibility features
I was hesitant to do this project (full redo of 2 bathrooms), as I was concerned about disturbing the integrity of our 1950’s-built home. But as the saying goes, “happy wife, happy life,” or “happy spouse, happy house.” After receiving several quotes, we decided to select All Eco Design Center as our contractor due to the customization features we could select, their extensive knowledge of homes in our area, and seeing some of their previous work.
We started the process by sending some inspiration pictures to Oksana (designer) and Dave (owner). Our goal for this project was to maintain the structural integrity of the house and update the bathrooms while maintaining the character of the house and incorporating accessibility features without looking too clinical. After a few design sessions, Oksana and Dave captured our design via 3D model, and proposed some recommendations.
I appreciated that Dave’s company is a full-service operation, with teams specializing in tile, plumbing, electrical, drywall/finishing, etc. Yuri the project manager was also very attentive and thorough. Each employee’s craftsmanship showed they were invested in completing the job as if they were doing it for their own home. As no construction project goes without some minor complications, it is noteworthy that this team is accessible and timely to deal with any unexpected events, ensuring the project is completed to the customer’s vision.

They keep trying to take down my truthful review!
Shocked by the good reviews here. We had our kitchen and bathroom done by this company and SO many mistakes were made. We are one year out and our kitchen floors are buckling in areas, the grout on the backsplash is cracking, tiles and drywall are uneven, cabinet paint chipping (we were forced to use their company cubitac), there was even a nail sticking up from the floor on one area we had to file down. There is no way our kitchen or bathroom is going to hold up for many years. I would advise to stay away!

Dave, Oksana, Yuri and the rest of the crew did an amazing job building our new kitchen. They are very detail oriented and took the time to listen to our many questions and requests. The kitchen is very high quality, custom designed, made to exactly fit our needs with great cove lighting. Added bonus, it's all made with non-toxic materials. Great workmanship from the whole team. We couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend working with All Eco Design.

Dave, Oksana, Yuri, and the rest of the All Eco Design team were fantastic to work with on renovating our bathroom. This was our first major home renovation, and they did a wonderful job with communication and helping us navigate the logistics of the project. Oksana listened carefully to all of our concerns as she worked with us on the design and made excellent recommendations every step of the way. Dave and Yuri listened and made every minor change that we requested during the construction of the new bathroom. The project started and finished within the estimated time frame, and the estimated costs that they provided were accurate and very close to the final costs that we paid. We whole-hearted recommend them and hope to work with them again in the future.
