Had a terrible experience yesterday at this facility. The front desk staff was pretty good (at least one of them. The other ignored me trying to submit my paperwork because she *had* to sign a cast for her coworker's child (?) and finishing a convo with an 8 year old and buying things on her phone was more important than even acknowledging a patient. Literally didn't take my paperwork until the helpful one finished her phone call and told her to take the clip board.)
Went in for lower back/abdominal pain and other UTI/possible kidney stone symptoms. Katrina the NP (I think) came in, hardly listened to me, looked disinterested as I described my prior history with kidney stones or my descriptions of my pain type and location. Told me she didn’t see anything in my sample and told me it was muscular despite me telling her I have monthly PMS backaches that are muscular, and have had general back problems before, and this doesn't feel that way. Barely listened to my descriptions of any of my other symptoms, or the fact that I had similar symptoms and was diagnosed with kidney stones in the past. Didn't even touch me before telling me I was wrong. Also told me that I didn't appear to be in enough pain or discomfort to her for it to be what I'm thinking (again, based only on looking at me from across the room, didn't ask for a rating for the pain or anything), but begrudgingly decided to treat me for a UTI after I pointed out I 100% had other symptoms that points to something wrong internally, that I have been in pain/discomfort all week, and I started crying from frustration and feeling completely invalidated. She then did a half ass physical exam, referred me for an ultrasound (saying, incredulously, the results "should be interesting" or something to that effect). Finally provided me pain relief, but not without a condescending apology, pat on the thigh, and a "joke" about the techs coming to "cause me more pain" (in the way of injections) as she left. Not a cute time to crack a joke at someone you spent the only 4 minutes you've known them acting like they are lying or ignorant of their body WHILE THEY ARE STILL CRYING.
I left the appontment in tears, was made to come back in to verify I wanted my prescriptions again (I'd already confirmed that in the exam room) and asked about them setting the imaging appointment for me or if I wanted to do it myself. I said several times no to the imaging appointment, said just give me the form, I'll handle it on my end, I just want to leave. She has me sit. She takes the form to the front desk like she has to finish something on it/maybe needed to do something prescription related, but INSTEAD hands it to the person working the phone and tried to have her call it in anyways, against my explicit wishes as expressed in front of many people multiple times and with zero info about my availability at all. I want to be clear I don't have an issue with the desk worker here, she was great, very helpful, and understanding of my frustrations, but I do have an issue with Katrina.
I doubt I have ever had a more condescending, paternalistic, inconsiderate, gaslighting, borderline microaggressive experience with health care in my life. Actually, I haven't been treated with such invalidation and distrust of my intelligence in ANY service interaction EVER. Management needs to check on Katrina's bedside manor. She speaks to people like they are dumb and like she can't trust they know their own body. Makes me wonder if she distrusts and outwardly ignores all of her patients this way or if there is a pattern as to who is believed...
Would give negative stars just for her behavior. Will not be going back.

Excellent urgent care experience. I went in with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised by how attentive the staff were. Rather than being ushered along quickly, they tried to get to the bottom of my problem and were very kind throughout. Highly recommended. I'll be returning if I need urgent care again.

I arrive about 10-15 minutes before Access Now was closing carrying my son, a 2 year old, who had a dislocated arm. I asked if they saw pediatrics and they said yes. The woman up front told me they close in 10 minutes and would give me the address to another pediatric urgent care. I asked if someone could look at him quickly or take an xray and they told me they close in 10 minutes again and started looking up the address for somewhere else. There were 4 people upfront and none of them said anything to help my son. I strongly urge any one to stay away from this place seeing as how this is the care they give to the community. Would give them zero stars is possible and will never set foot in this place again. I’ve worked in health care for 20 years and cannot believe a provider would do this to anyone seeking care especially a child.

Wow. I am extremely impressed with this clinic. The front desk staff was kind, however my provider, Diana was absolutely wonderful. She called to check in on me 2 days after my visit, and provided additional information to help with my ailment. Most places- especially urgent care centers don’t call to follow up or check in. I’m really glad I found this place!

I been feeling sick for a while & decided to go see the doctor at urgent care the doctor was super nice and caring also call me while she was off to see if i was doing better. even though i dont like going to doctors i would go to this one because she makes me feel like i need to care more n actually cares about my health and provides the proper medication not like others doctors

From the outside, this urgent care looks bleak (in an old strip mall) but inside it is clean, staff are kind and helpful, and care I received was excellent. I fell and rolled my ankle which swelled up and couldn't hold my weight. Needed an X-ray to confirm I only had a sprain. It was easy to make an appointment online and the physician's assistant who saw me was great, explaining all the procedures and what she saw on my X-ray. Her diagnosis was confirmed by a radiologist off-site. Got instructions on care of sprains and referrals for local orthopedists. No wait and great care - I highly recommend this facility.
