Bad service $32 dollars and in 3 minutes they say it's ready they don't vacuum it well under the seats it was still dirty I won't go again I don't recommend it

SECOND TIME HERE, THEY DO A HORRIBLE JOB FIRST! SECOND THEY DAMAGED MY RIM RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME THAN WHEN I TOLD THE MANAGER HE SAID HE WILL CHECK THE CAMERA... HE COMES BACK THAN SAID IT WASNT DAMAGED BECAUSE OF THE PLASTIC RAILING.... THE BEGINING OF THE RAILING IS METAL WHICH IS WHAT HE SPUN OUT AND HIT. I CALLED THE POLICE AND WILL GET A POLICE REPORT, I WILL UPDATE AS THIS SITUATION GOES ON I PROVIDED PICS!

It's unbelievable how bad the service can be! After four years, I decided to give them another shot. I paid extra to get the rugs clean, and guess what? They didn't even try to clean it. After entering my car, I had to complain, the dashboard full of dust, they didn't even pretend to clean. A guy started to spray on it and splash on me and didn't even care. Seriously, how this place is still open is a mystery.

Terrible service, if you are going to have the car washed, it is because you do not have the appropriate implements to do it yourself, I do not recommend it, I paid the most expensive price and they did not vacuum the mats, they left them in the wrong place

Today I took my car to this place and paid for gold service. It is supposed to be one of the best and the workers should know what it includes: they did not vacuum, they did not clean anything. When I arrived at my destination, I opened my trunk, nothing was vacuumed, I picked up my folders, I see the dirt and I called, the girl who was cleaning the dust answered. charge spoke badly to me that I had to tell the workers that they had to clean me. Terrible service, I don't recommend it at all. I went back to where they were going to vacuum me, a guy was just friendly and the lady came out to yell ugly but when she saw me she only came in because she saw that I had my receipt in hand.

Terrible, I paid $30 for the gold service and when I see that they didn't vacuum the wet folders and just stained the wettest seats, they couldn't leave them, I don't recommend it

I've been going to this car wash for 20+ years through several changes of management and it's just gotten worse and worse. lately the crew can't be bothered to clean the wheels and the windows are always streaked. today I followed 2 cars whose drivers got out and cleaned their own wheels with the brush! not to mention the entire car wash area is strewn with trash and plastic bottles. the manager was there and couldn't care less. I'm going elsewhere!
