Wheaton Service Center is the best place to come to if you have a Volkswagen. As soon as you come in, Mr. Tom makes you feel like family. Tom is so knowledgeable and informative. I am glad to have found this shop after learning firsthand that the service department at the VW dealership is not as thorough as they claim to be. My car had been burning off oil quicker than expected and the dealership did not even identify my oil level was dangerously low. Wheaton Service Center was able to correctly diagnose and resolve my issue. This shop only works on VW’s and their knowledge of the cars is very apparent. Their explanation of my issue matched up with the prior research I had done on the various VW forums.

I will go here over the dealership every time! They tell you what's wrong and don't try to over sell on extra work and when something I needed done was under warranty they let me know and called ahead to the dealership to make sure they had the needed parts!

I do not trust anyone more with my car than Tom and Co. here at Wheaton Service Center. Every time I come to have anything in my car serviced, small or large, it is taken care of efficiently and carefully as soon as they see able to get me in. I trust them with any noise my car is making, and they charge reasonable prices for excellent work. Tom is just ridiculously friendly and straightforward, and gives his honest opinon for diagnostics, pricing, and repairs. I simply cannot recommend this place enough, I would give it 100 stars if I could.Service: Auto maintenance

Tell him is amazing. I have I had a series of problems with my Jetta TDI that multiple dealerships and service centers couldn’t really diagnose. Tom got me all worked out and referred me to the dealership for the portion of the work that could be covered by my warranty. Super competent and super honest and straightforward, I will always use this as my shop. So happy to have found it!
