I was there during the morning today just to make my monthly auto loan payment, but unfortunately the cashier Shanthi was rude and when she asked me for my ID I said that I hadn't it with me, but I asked her why she is asking for my ID If In the past she never asked me about it. I want to mention that I don't have any other account with Wells Fargo bank only my auto loan. So, if any checking account or other type of account appear in the future with my information, then I will report it to the Federal agency.

Someone give me a good reason to keep banking at the Wheaton branch of Wells Fargo other than the fact that I have a zillion auto-pay systems set up there. The lobby was closed this morning, for no apparent reason. I gave up on the drive-through after 15 minutes of no forward motion. Back home, I waited on hold for 10 minutes and the "banker" who finally answered couldn't find my account with my name and a phone number and wanted me to go get a credit card to verify the account.... All I wanted was to know if it is possible to buy 50-cent coins for a granddaughter's half-birthday. You don't need an account for that. Wells Fargo sucks. Does anyone have a good bank?

If I can rate this location a zero starts I would do but doesn’t have option, worst service ever, nobody help us at all, they always said that we need to do it in the website or any other excuses, that bank is there for nothing.

It is an excellent branch, there are staff who speak Spanish, especially the banker José Luis Henríquez is very dedicated to all clients, he works very hard to resolve all concerns and assists you very kindly.He cares about his clients.

Had a fraud incident on my account. Wells Fargo told me I had to open up a new account. Unfortunately if you have an emergency you are out of luck at Wells Fargo. Arrived at the Branch and was told I needed an appointment. Never heard of needing an appointment before and it would have been nice for them to mention that when I was on the phone with them. Next appointment is three days from now so I guess the fraudsters have plenty of time to wipe out my account. I would give WF zero stars if that was an option.

Nice bank! It's really easy to do the drive-through. And you can make transactions in the app with your camera!

This is the worst bank I have ever seen. The representatives are unhelpful, mislead, make mistakes, and don't correct them. You spend hours on the phone, and nothing is resolved. When you ask them to do something, they don't. Totally unprofessional and untrustworthy. The branch manager is completely incompetent and useless.

I scheduled an appointment and was seen 35 minutes past appointment time. The banker, Diana, was absolutely wonderful. Her customer service was beyond measure - She is knowledgeable and has an infectious positive spirit. I also witnessed the other banker (or possibly manager) and she too was incredibly nice and was very thorough and helpful working with other customers. (They both acknowledged my existence, and I stayed only because they appeared genuinely kind and knowledgeable.) The tellers were okay when I went to the counter with Diana at the end of my appointment, not as so when I first entered. Leaving the bank after hours was interesting as numerous individuals were inside the corridor but there appeared to be no organization to the ATMs or understanding that the bank was closed. This area has had known crime lately so I was even more alert than usual. Because of how busy this branch is, even with an appointment, if you have the bandwidth - consider trying another office in our region based on this experience and other reviews.

Absolutely not a good place to go there. It’s not the right place people don’t go there. Their service is really bad and they don’t give you a chance to answer a question so don’t go there terrible place i’m actually thinking to change my bank account because of this situation so annoying and terrible. They need to fix that. They need to make customer comfortable and happy so yeah.

Yohanny Ballou is the worst !!!!!!!!!!! experiences I've ever experienced ... The management at the location very poor. Never in my lifetime have i ever encountered such poor customer service attitudes. She was rude and speaking ill of me another elderly woman in spanish to the other tellers. She told the elderly woman to sit down if you dont want to stand had us waiting for half an hour to be helped while she is sitting doing nothing and giving us dirty looks. Mind you the bank was't busy at all. You should get rid her and hire someone suitable for the job. If she hates her job why punish the customers. Don't go to this BANKKKK
