“This is an excellent tire shop! Great communication on the phone and in person, honest assessment, and quality work. I had a flat tire and changed to my spare. I called Quality Discount Tire and they were able to order my tire (I wanted to match the rest) and schedule me for an appointment the next day. They promptly installed the new tire, checked my tire pressure sensors and even put my spare tire and wrenches back. I was in and out in about 45 minutes and very happy with the result.”

“Friendly and knowledgeable staff, with good service and good prices, and no pressure towards services you don't need. When I got a flat, they quickly and inexpensively plugged a tire that was fixable when they easily could have tried to sell me a new one. Thousands of miles later, when it was time to replace the set, they had top-rated Michelins in-stock at a reasonable price, and they were able to do an oil change along with the tire installation and alignment. This is a not just a good neighborhood tire place—it's also my new go-to for other auto maintenance like oil changes.”
“The team at Far East Motors is friendly and helpful. They give a detailed report of any repairs and costs before beginning work. They do a great job and are cost conscious when working on my older model Ford Focus and Town and Country minivan. They have diagnosed AC/vent issues, cooling system repairs, have replaced our brakes,
done suspension work, tire repair, and general maintenance work on our cars. They always keep you up to date on the progress of your vehicle repairs and diagnostics. They are a great local small business, I really can’t recommend them enough. John and his team stand behind their work and I trust their recommendations for my vehicles. “Texted Mary at 9 pm on a Friday and was quoted a fair price to plug the tire if possible. We arranged for her to come out to my house at 8 am the next morning. Unfortunately, the tire was too damaged to repair, but Mary quoted a fair price to replace it on site. You will need to get new tires rebalanced after Mary installs them (has to be done at a garage, can't be done on-site), so I ended up going with a shop who could do everything all at once on Mary's suggestion. Very happy with the service though, and wouldn't hesitate to call her in a roadside emergency.”
“I stopped in without an appointment to see if they could remove a large screw from my tire and plug it. They said "no problem, just sit in the waiting room". I barely got a change to sit down before they called me. I seriously think I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Very friendly staff, too. I definitely recommend Charles Automotive!”

“Oui is an awesome mechanic. He is the only person I trust with my Porsche 928. It’s not an easy car to work with. He replaced my transmission, rebuilt my torque tube with super bearings, rebuilt my steering rack, rebuilt all the fuel injectors and vacuum hoses, fuel lines and power steering lines. The car drives like magic now and puts a smile on my face every time I drive it.
When I came to pick up the car - he had done many minor things that he didn’t really charge for. He had sand blasted all my intake lines and gotten them shiny, he has cleaned a lot of the engines area and painted some of the engine parts that had faded like the cross bar.
I now bring all my cars here. Reasonable and hard working people. I would recommend them 100%”
