Sam is the best, he spent a lot of time explaining to me what was the best option for me to get a good plan. Since the service is so good, I’ve been a customer with T-Moblie for a long time. Definitely would recommend!

People at this store are truly some of the least helpful employees I've ever dealt with. They seem to try to brush off any issue and make zero attempts to offer any customer service.

Even though we waited a while to be helped we were acknowledged immediately and informed of the wait. Lugo and Frank took great care of us, got us what we needed and were very friendly.

I have bought Samsung 22+ and they said the watch is for free under promotion. But today I found out they have been charging me for the watch line and the device $25 each month. Please never believe them when they say something is promotion free. They try to use it as an advantage. I am really disappointed but I can't do nothing.

?BE CAREFUL Lack on knowledge.!!! In there OWEN services!So today, i went to this "store" to upgrade my S23 ultra for a Z Fold 4. But i COULDN'T! Why? Simple. Stupidity...??This where the reasons, is because they told me I'm not the Primary Holder Account ( This totally makes sense!?) because my father is the Primary Holder!!!THE THING IS?... ( Which I showed? and proved them all types of information?) is that i have full Access Permission on my user on the APP T-Mobile! That my father granted me!Meaning that i can BUY, Adjust. Modify, Pay, etc... with my user account.(BTW, if you are wondering why, i just don't buy it online instead. It is because I'm flying tonight, and i couldn't wait)??So.. It doesn't make any sense whatsoever to say, NO to the customer that can do the exact same thing ONLINE!!! And is proving you with all types of information, Is just Nonsense.?Thankfully, I could buy my phone in a different store WITH A CREW TEAM MORE CAPABLE❗️PD: Some of you are wondering why I just didn't call my dad. It was because he was in a meeting, and tell myself to go.

Most of the young associates are not very well educated when it comes to customer service. I was told about a bunch of false "promotions" just to get me to sign up and add additional services which as it it turns out, I was charged regular price. On the other hand, Management is preety well educated and are good at answering your questions and or addressing your concerns. This is a decent T-mobile location but just beware of the younger associates that still have quite a lot to learn when it comes to customer relations.

I was helped by a tmobile employee while discussing my accounts. The person who helped me tried to sell me two free lines for an activation fee only. I politely declined and come to find out 2 days later they added the line without my authorization. When I called to cancel them only one line was removed

I don't want anyone to visit this particular T-Mobile store in Wheaton Mall. The service they give to customers is very very very bad. They attract customers by saying there is a promotion. They charge the customers high bills. If we complain about the high bills, then they say that oh they say they are sorry they gave the wrong information about the promotion. they process the refund, but they don't want to refund 100%. I experienced this last month. They charged me more than $80.00 for the wrong promotion they did tell me. I went several times for a refund, but they say they couldn't. Mr. Edwin is an employee who advertised me by saying the promotion"there is add one line get the next line free". I have already 12 lines in my account. He said so, Then I accepted that promotion, but after two weeks the bill went to more than $150.00 instead of $25.00. Then I called the corporate office. After waiting hours, the associate talked to me. I explained everything. He said there is no promotion like that in the system. I was told to go to same store. I went there. The same guy Mr. Edwin reviewed everything; He couldn't find the promotion in the system he told me. He said sorry to me since he gave me the wrong promotion. He then processed a refund, but he said that he couldn't refund the restock fees since I took an old free phone from there. I asked him to refund everything, but he said the store wouldn't refund for restocking. I was very mad at that store. I was requesting my refund since the store gave me the wrong information, but they are not ready to refund me. So, I was obliged to write this review so that other people won't be victimized like me. Be aware of their promotion advertisement.

I went to buy a iphone14 and because I didn’t want to buy accessories the store manager and the associate did not want to complete the sales after 45mn in the store. She started scanning the phone to complete the sales and she lied by saying that they are out of iphone14 and she hide it and end up telling me to order it online. That is very rude and T-Mobile company should be aware of this.

My phone I upgraded with I was not happy with it when I got it at the t mobile silver spring, so I decided to go to he wheaton location. Carlos who helped me was soo helpful, patient and genuinely wanted to help me with exchanging my upgrade phone for a different one plus helping me to transfer info from my old phone that is damaged and challenging to work with. Carlos I appreciate your patience and help. Thank you again if you ever see this. ♡
